|I used to roleplay many verses and my favorite ones were The Originals, a spin-off from The Vampire Diaries. I had a character named Xiomara Devereaux and this story deals with her Love Interest Klaus Mikaelson.

No one could deny that there was something between these two. Klaus and Xiomara was always so close even back when they were humans. When he found out he had a different father from his siblings Xio was the first to know and be there for him. Before they became a thing as humans they were just very good friends. He taught her how to fight and fight with swords as well. She would go up against Elijah and Finn all the time sometimes Rebekah as well so the sister would learn to defend herself as well. Even though Rebekah and Xiomara became closer to each other she would always end up with Klaus at the end of the day. They obviously grew their relationship more but if it was just the two laying in fields to watch the sun set they just laid there watching the beauty. Time would always seem to do two things between them if it was just them; either it would fly on by or it would seem like the minutes would be lasting forever.
The day Xiomara found out she was pregnant her entire life flipped upside down for her. There was always two sides of her even back when she was human. Either she cared too much for everyone and wanted happiness and peace or she was a selfish bitch whom killed anyone in her way, which she did a few times by her own hands or the force of magic. Liliana was the first to notice in her village since she was a daughter to the head witch in Xiomara's village, always was Xiomara's handmaiden and bestfriend. Xiomara and Liliana knew she couldn't keep the child for too many reasons. If Mikael found out Niklaus had a bastard child with their rival village, Mikael himself with kill the child and mother himself then Nik. Xiomara wanted Klaus to be safe and her village but deep down inside of her, she wanted to be selfish and live. Liliana promised to help her and offered a way to fulfill Xio's birthright to become a witch and become closer to Lucifer, and get rid of the child. The two headed deep into the forest for the ritual. While Xiomara laid on the forest ground watching Liliana work her magic opening Xio's dress to a small round bump visible. Suddenly veins wrapped around her legs keeping her open and still while Liliana placed some liquid onto her lips and in her mouth. Tasting the bitter and foul substance Xiomara began to hallucinate things. Few times she thought she saw demons coming at it, it was actual demons but she was a little too high to think straight. Fear consuming her Xiomara began to beg Liliana to stop and that she didn't want this anymore, Xio just wanted her baby. Liliana talked her into believing what she was doing was right. High Xiomara believed her and part of her actually did. Once the ritual was over, Xiomara was now a full witch that gave what she held most precious to her away to the Devil. Liliana truly did hate seeing her friend broken but she knew it was the right choice for everyone in the end and was a chance to allow Xiomara to access her new powers. Breaking down into tears when she reached for her stomach not feeling the bump anymore, it was just her stomach. Liliana held her friend while she was sobbing reassuring her that one day the world would be all hers in the end and nothing will stop it.
Since that night the secret stayed between the three of them; Xiomara, Liliana and the Devil. It was centuries later when one of Klaus's crazy ex's found out Xio's secret and made her spill the story out in front of Klaus and all the Mikaelson siblings then Aurora killed Xiomara in the end. It was a nearly a year when Klaus finally forgave Xiomara about the child. She spent a few months in Hell with Lucifer. It wasn't her first rodeo in Hell, messing around with Lucifer and when messin around means it meant sex and a lot more. But a few Travelers helped Esther help drag her from Lucifer's grip in help of taking her children down, which Xiomara didn't do. Once Esther was taken care of and all the travelers that helped bring her back was all killed the family could finally live without any distractions but one. When the Travelers brought her back her sins that lead her to the Devil that made them dance the first time ever was being brought back with her. Xiomara thought it was just a few people she killed over the centuries but it wasn't. It was her child.
Klaus already had Hope and was having a tough time being a father and now he has another child on it's way. He never thought in a million years that he would be a father let alone a father of two. But here he is, a father of two beautiful girls by the names of Hope Mikaelson and Illana Devereaux. Xiomara did think about giving her daughter Klaus's last name but she didn't want people to hunt her down because of her last name. Xio wanted to do what was right this time and protect her daughter. Even though Illana wasn't born yet Klaus is still trying to convince Xiomara to give her his last name but she isn't budging at all. The two of them always loved each other and always will even if they live two separate lives. Nothing can keep these two apart especially now since she is with child. While Hayley is away and Klaus has Hope he lets Xio be there for Hope, Hayley gave her permission to her to be a guardian over Hope if something ever went wrong since Hayley and Xiomara are in the same boat as each other. At night while Xiomara is just holding Hope telling her a story while running her fingers through the little redheads hair while Hope is rubbing Xiomara's stomach talking to her little sister Xio and Klaus do is just exchange glances. Klaus will always be Xiomara's family and she'd die to protect him, it was always like that and always will be. Forever and Always, that's the motto that runs deep in the Mikaelson family. But that means a little bit more than just family between Niklaus and Xiomara as they share this planet and nothing will ever come between it.
