After I told my dad that I would eventually be with Klaus he's been giving me the silent treatment from the back seat, so I just ignore him and focus on Klaus as I look over to him I smile because I know that when the time's right that we'll eventually be together.
I fell asleep during our long ride to Smoky Mountains and when we finally arrive I'm woken up by Klaus "little love we're here." I smile up at him before nodding and looking to Stefan who has to carry Ray and chuckle as we start our long walk 20 minutes into the walk I groan "my feet hurt." Klaus looks to me worried "climb on my back, little love." I smile at him before climbing on his back "I'm not heavy, am I?" He chuckles "no, love." I sigh and rest my face onto the back of his neck as he smirks looking over at Stefan "you ok? Is Ray getting heavy?" "I'm fine." Stefan says sighing annoyed "you sure about that? You know, we've been walking for quite some time now. If you need some water or a little sit-down..." Stefan looks at him chuckling sarcastically " you know, I get that we're uh— we're stuck together, Klaus, but if we could maybe just skip the chitchat, it'd be great." I groan "so much brooding. Your self-loathing is suffocating you, dumbass" Klaus laughed out loud and Stefan frowns at me before replying to Klaus like he was the one who said it.
"Maybe it's 'cause I'm a little tired of hunting werewolves. We've been at it all summer." I smirked into Klaus' skin "well, thanks to our pal Ray, we found ourselves a pack." He says letting me down as we see the pack, gathering their stuff together to leave and I sigh sleepily and look back to see my dad and I walk to him "are you going to be mad at me forever?" He sighs "I just think you deserve better" I sigh "he's the only one who's seen me as Alexandria and not the depressed girl that can't even smile." My dad looks at me with a sad look in his eyes "that look. That's the look I'm talking about, he doesn't give me that look." I say walking to Klaus hugging him "it's ok. Little love" I kiss him and he takes my face in his hands before deepening the kiss, I pull away and nod over to the pack.
The pack all stops what they're doing and glares at us as Stefan drops Ray on the ground and a brunette runs to him "Ray, oh my god. What's going on? Who are you?" She says looking up at Stefan as Klaus stands next to him "the important question is who am I. Please forgive the intrusion. My name is Klaus." The brunette and the guy next to her stand up while looking at Klaus and I stand in front of him as he puts his arms around my neck lovingly as I kiss the skin next to my lips he smiles at me then looks back to the man and woman as the woman speaks "you're the hybrid." I chuckle and look to Klaus "you've heard of him. Fantastic." Klaus chuckles and kisses the top of my head before letting go of me and sits down on the branch "it's fascinating, actually— a werewolf who isn't beholden to the moon, A vampire who doesn't burn in the sun." The brunette now looks terrified looking at Klaus and I chuckle saying " A true hybrid." Ray gasps awake and I roll my eyes and Klaus smirks saying " excellent timing, Ray." He pauses smirking at Ray " very dramatic." Ray looks scared "what's happening to me?" He says looking at Klaus " Stefan." Stefan smirks annoyed before standing up from the branch. "Are any of you human? Your friend here needs human blood. To complete his transition to vampire." Ray looks around and I look to him questionably there's something wrong "if he doesn't get it, he will die." "Doesn't take much, just a sample. Anyone? A boyfriend, A girlfriend along for the ride?" Klaus then stops to the guy who looks suspicious "you." The guy look terrified and frowns at Klaus, Klaus then speeds to the guy grabbing his wrist and biting into it before throwing him to Stefan who tries to get Ray to feed from his as The brunette tries to attack Klaus only for him to snap her arm.
I sit back on the branch and listen to Stefan "if you don't drink it, Ray, I will. Problem is I don't know how to stop.
Klaus looks to me with a mischievous smirk and back to the girl "it's the new order sweetheart. You join us, or you die." She glares at him "I'd rather die than be a vampire." Klaus' hybrid face pops out "wrong choice." He bites into his wrist forcing her to drink it before snapping her neck "she'll thank me for that later." Klaus says chuckling and looks around at the pack "ok, who's next?" He says as his hybrid face pops out once again.
"There." Klaus says "good as new. Now you relax, ok,mate? We're gonna need you when the rest of them wake up," I stand up and stand next to my dad who's just watching from a far as Klaus approaches Ray who's going crazy "they're dead.they're all dead. Ah, he's through his transition. He should be feeling better soon."
Stefan smartly says "So is this your masterplan? Build an army of hybrid slaves?" I glare at him and he chuckles "no, not slaves. Soldiers, comrades." Stefan tilts his head smirking "for what war, might I ask?" I walk next to Klaus "no you may not." Stefan glares at me and I throw him into a tree with a flick of my wrist "calm, little love save the magic for an emergency" I nod and glare at Stefan and Klaus replies "oh, you don't arm yourself after war has been declared, Stefan. You build your army so big that no one ever dares to pick the fight."
I sigh "Klaus, I'm gonna take a walk." He grabs my wrist softly "little love, I don't want you to be harmed." I chuckle "and I won't be. I just feel suffocated." He nods before letting me go and I walk through the woods until I hear a familiar voice and I look across the lake to see Elena, Damon, and Alaric. I knew it!! I just have to tell Klaus when we're alone.
I walk back to where Klaus is and I see all the werewolves in attack mode and I mumble a quick spell and all their hearts fall out of their chests onto the ground.
Klaus turns around to see me "thank you, love" I nod "wouldn't want you dying on me" I chuckle sarcastically "I know why this didn't work..." I'm interrupted by Stefan coming back and  dropping Ray's body on the ground "Klaus..." He sighs "they went rapid. Some of them I killed, most of them Alexandria killed, but the rest just... bled out." Stefan holds his arm in pain "what happened to you?" Stefan rolls his eyes "like you care" I sighed "if I didn't care I wouldn't have asked in the first place" Stefan sighs "Ray bit me and Klaus has yet to heal me." I chuckle "he will, trust me." Stefan nods looking back to Klaus " In the end... they're all dead." Klaus yells throwing a glass bottle    while continuing to yell " I DID EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD! I Should be able to turn them. I broke the curse, I killed a werewolf, I killed a vampire, I killed the doppelgänger."
I look to Stefan to see him shifting uncomfortably I smile because I'm going to tell Klaus about Elena being alive.
Klaus looks to Stefan with a frown on his face squinting "you look like hell." I laugh at that because he was sweating and heaving " last I checked, I'm dying... and you don't want to heal me." I look at his arm to see a werewolf bite but a bunch of blood dripping down his arm "that looks so painful." I say chuckling and Klaus frowns while looking down at the bite before pulling me to his side and looking to Ray "I had to take him out. I didn't have a choice. I failed you. I'm sorry." He walks closer to Klaus and I frown "do what you have to do."
Klaus frowns "it should have worked." Klaus says before grabbing a glass bottle biting into his wrist and letting it drip into the bottle before handing it to Stefan.
"Bottoms up."Stefan grabs the bottle frowning "we're leaving." Klaus says interlocking our fingers together and I look around "where's my dad?" Klaus sighs "he I'm... left said he'd meet us in Chicago" I nod  and sigh as Klaus stops to look around at the failed hybrids then looks to Stefan "it appears you're the only comrade I have left." Klaus says to Stefan before interlocking our fingers again and guiding me to the car.
"Klaus... you don't have to shut me out you know, I'm going to be here for you as long as you'll have me." I get closer to him "I don't want to leave you, Klaus and I don't plan to I'm not like anyone in your past who's disappointed you or left you I'm here forever. Don't forget that." I say that Klaus smashes his lips to mine and I moan in delight as he places me on the edge of the hood of the car and we kiss passionately as I move back and he leans forward as we're kissing

"Please don't leave me." Klaus' voice breaks as he looks into my eyes pulling away from the kiss.
"I will never leave you."

So this chapter was rushed 🙃 but I kind of like it.
