Lance's POV
Lance looked around the room, it was about time for lunch, and the other Paladins were just arriving. Keith walked in, looking around the room before casually sitting down at his seat.
Lance's heart pounded; a note had been placed underneath Keith's plate, one made with blue paper.
Lance had always had a slight thing for Keith, the way he fought in battle, his sexy voice, the way he dressed, even his mullet, okay, Lance thought, slightly shaking his head, maybe not the mullet.
Keith had finally taken notice of the piece of paper sticking out of underneath his plate, his face was priceless as he looked at Lance, surprise looked good on him.
Keith's POV
Keith looked at Lance, who was casually eating his food, looking to see if Allura had noticed when he accidentally dropped some on himself. He didn't even notice Keith staring at him, completely flustered.
Keith turned back to the blue slip of paper, his eyes retracing each word carefully. Keith, Come over to my room at 8:00 P.M., I have something I want to show you -Lance-. The note read, in what could only be Lance's sloppy handwriting.
Keith looked back to Lance, feeling weak.
This time, Lance noticed Keith looking at him, "what are you looking at?" He asked, holding a finger to his mouth to gesture that Keith needed to keep quiet about the note, then winked.
Shivers ran down Keith's spine, Lance is acting strange. Keith thought, letting out a shaky sigh.
Lance was attractive, the way his muscles ripple through his skin whenever he moved, his untamed hair, his fashion, his empathy, the way you can get trapped in his eyes. No, Keith thought, I'm supposed to have a thing for Ocxa. Then again...
Keith was startled from his thoughts as Lance got up from his chair, then walked into the kitchen with Hunk at his heels.
Lance's POV
The day went by slowly, Lance had voulentiered to help Hunk with the dishes before dinner. Lance tried to keep his excitement under control as he helped Hunk, it was almost time for dinner to be served, and there was still a mound of dishes thanks to Hunk's fancy cooking methods.
Lance jumped as Hunk appeared beside him.
"Keith didn't eat much at lunch." Hunk remarked, shoveling the leftovers into the trash. "He looked a bit off earlier, do you know what's bothering him?"
"I dunno, it might have something to do with how Shiro's been acting. We've all been concerned about him ever since his fight with Cendec, and Keith is even closer to him than we are, it's probably hard on him." Lance lied. Hunk knew that Shiro's behavior was bothering Keith, so the conversation was over.
