Dear Anybody Who’s Reading,

Towards those that once questioned in their heads: who are they, climbing on the trees, sleeping on the grass, rocking on the swings, and well, running around in general? The answer is children.  Although is it believed otherwise, with every new generation, they will still be running around, laughing, and well, acting like children. This has always been case. Even when the times get tough, they will always find a way. Yet, one must ask, has there ever been a time where this wasn’t the case? When the answer is yes, adults tend to laugh snobbishly, and ignore the very real problems that children may have. So, towards those adults we say, go ahead and laugh, because you’ll need it. Soon enough, you’ll see the price us kids (yes, around these parts we call ourselves kids not children.) have to pay every time you ignore us. Seriously, making this war against each other was a better chance for laughter than all the times we stayed home. So, adults may ask what happens when we don’t get along. Our story we are about to tell will be our answer.

Yours Truly,

The Kids (Not Children) of the Springfield Park Neighborhood
