Regina's POV:
So it was the first day of school since Daniel left and I don't know how I'm going to survive the rest of my days without him, especially with GCSE's coming up. All I need is a friend to stick with, someone to talk to and mostly someone to trust. As I get out of the car I walk towards my form class. I try and think how to make friends with the people I already know. What should I do? Do I just sit with them? Do I sit by myself? Do I just sit down and say hi? Should I pretend I was always a part their group? Well I guess there won't be a lot of people in class now as I'm twenty minutes early but I'll figure out a way to make friends.
I close my eyes and take a deep breath as I put my hand on the door handle to go in, I push the door out of my way and open my eyes as i walk in the classroom. There isn't really anybody there. There is Killian and Robert sat at the front corner playing cards and Emma sat by herself on the other side of the room at the front. I walk towards her and sit down on the desk behind her.
"Hi," She says.
"Hi" I say back not knowing how to start a conversation with her.
There is an awkward moment of silence between the two of us.
"How was your summer?" She asks breaking the silence.
"Good. Yours?" I ask politely as she starts to seem nervous, twiddling with her fingers as she responds "It was alright, I didn't go anywhere so it was a bit boring staying at my house everyday." She answers without taking her eyes off me for a second. I started to feel sorry for her staying at her house everyday because if that were me I would have felt isolated and trapped in my own home.
"You din't go anywhere?" I said.
"Well a couple of nights I went out for dinner with my family but that's it, we didn't go on holiday or anything. How about you, where did you go?"
"Well for a couple of weeks I went to stay at this small town near Boston because I used to live there and I went to Spain for a week but I didn't do much there?" I answered right before there was a loud bang as the door swung open. It was the group of girls who came in all laughing as one of them must have said something funny before they walked in. This wasn't the kind of groups of girls like you see in films, this group of girls were particularly nice, they were actually entertaining to watch as a couple of them are hilarious. They all grab chairs and surround a table at the back of the class, behind me and Emma. I'm actually quite surprised they came before the bell. "Wow. Before the bell, impressive." Emma said quietly so only I could hear as I then let out a chuckle because I just thought that. "What's so funny?" Emma asked curiously.
"Oh It's just that right before you said that, I also was surprised they came before the bell." I responded just as the bell actually went.
Miss Williams walked in and sat at her desk at the front of the class facing me and Emma and asked us both to hand out everybody's personalised time tables. We had to stay In our form class for first and second period because the Year 7's had a tour around the building and got shown where everything was. After being stuck in our form room for two hours it was break time and everyone goes to the canteen, which is only small as this is a private school. When I get there I sit with the group of girls in the other form of our year group who are a bit more girly and Emma sits with two other girls called Lillia and Alex. The three of them are a little group, they don't really have a nickname for it but they do always sit on this table at break time and you will never see that specific table empty because you will always see the three of them on that one table everyday.
I sat with a group of girls. They didn't really notice me so I scooted further down the table to get closer to them. This one girl called Olivia said hi to me so I replied in a nice manor "Hi, how was your holidays?"
"It was amazing, so at first I though we were going on a cruise but then it turns out I'm just going to Tenerife for like, fifteen days then I went to Ireland and Wales for about a week, then I went to Rome for two weeks so I had a pretty good time." She then said as if it was nothing much. Olivia is a bit of a show off and is one to bloat as well as being the teachers pet so I'm not so keen on her. The real girly one is Piper, she flicks her hair, she wears make up and she acts like a proper bitch trying to get attention and all and she's flat chested. I was once her best friend but then in year 7 we took different pathways and I became besties with Daniel, but now he's gone. After break time the rest of the day went really quick and before I know it I'm in the car on my way home.
I park up and walk in my house, or mansion should I say.
"Hi dear, how was school?" My mother, Cora, asks.
"Fine." I answer.
"Were you all alone without your best friend Daniel?" My sister, Zelena, says interrupting us.
"Actually, no," I respond sassily as Zelena rolls her eyes.
"I hung out with Piper and the girls and made friends with Emma so no, I was not, all alone." I reply to my sister with attitude.
"Piper? Isn't that the bitch who snitched on that dude for like, the stupidest of reasons?" My sister asks.
"Zelena, language please."
"Sorry mother." She replies rolling her eyes.
And with that I went straight upstairs to my bedroom, watched a bit of Netflix then went to bed.Hi random people😝. So this is my first fan-fiction so don't judge my writing skills. I already feel like I need to mention more about Emma and Regina but I promise I will get there, I just need you to know some other people as well. Just incase you don't know, this story is set in Britain. Please comment on what you think and if chapters should be shorter or longer then say because I felt like this one was a bit short.
Thank you for reading, have a nice day😜....... or night, or afternoon, or morning or whatever. Byeeeee👋
