k so chap 40 went somewhere nothing really happened they just talked about the power going out and went to Hoseok and Hyungwons room. imma start there.

Hyungwon pulled on the string that turned on the light and it shattered falling to the ground. "What was that." Minhyuk asked. "The light bulb." Hyungwon sighed. "Step back we don't want another Kihyun ancident." Hoseok said. He grabbed the broom and swept up the glass throwing it away.

Hyungwon grabbed the candles and a lighter. "We should go out there. If anyone else wakes up and leaves their rooms they don't fall or something." Hyungwon suggested. They nodded and grabbed a few things before leaving.

Right as they lit the last candle the power shut off. "At least it's not too spooky out here." Hyungwon giggled. "I'm gonna check on Kihyun and Hyunwoo." Hoseok said. "Minhyuk and I'll go see if Changkyun or Jooheon are awake." Hyungwon yawned.

He was still very tired from tour. This was his first year and it took a lot of energy out of him. They went upstairs and heard chatter. "Minhyuk where did you go." Changkyun asked. "Hoseok hyungs room." The older answered.

"Did the power go out." Jooheon asked. "Nae." They weren't afraid of the dark just the thought of someone breaking in while it was dark scared them a little. "Come downstairs we have candles lit." Hyungwon said. "Hyung your awake." Changkyun questioned.

"There's coffee downstairs if you guys want some." The maknae immediately got up. "Why didn't you say so." He said. "Changkyun wait for me." Jooheon yelled getting up and following the younger downstairs. The older two followed them seeing Kihyun and Hyunwoo.

They looked like they'd been up for a while. "Where's Hoseok." Hyungwon asked. "He went back into his room for a minute. Are you ok hyung." Kihyun asked. "M-Me." Minhyuk asked. "Yeah." He answered. "You haven't called me hyung in a long time." Minhyuk gasped.

"Are you ok or not." The younger sighed. Minhyuk nodded sitting down on the couch. "Careful don't drop the coffee pot." Jooheon said. "I know." Changkyun whined. Hoseok walked out of his room with a different outfit on. Hyungwon looked at his clothes, he'd worn them for 2 days now.

He went in the room and changed. He felt uncomfortable knowing Jaesang was there. "What if he put in wires to hear them." He thought. He quickly looked around and searched. "Hyungwon what are you looking for." Hoseok asked. "N-Nothing." He said.

Hyungwon pulled Hoseok out of the room. "Lets play a game." He suggested. "Like what." Changkyun asked. "Everything was knocked over and destroyed." Kihyun sighed. "How." Hoseok asked.

"Whoever broke in burned a bunch of things and the floor." Kihyun walked over to the rug and lifted part of it up. The wood was burnt. "I get if someone breaks in but burning the floor that's just messed up." Hoseok said. "What about the storage room. I'm sure there's something interesting in one of the boxes." Hyungwon said. 

"I'm not going in there." Changkyun said quickly. Minhyuk and Jooheon also agreed that they weren't gonna go either. "Kihyun and I'll go." Hyunwoo said he grabbed Kihyuns hand and dragged him upstairs. "5 dollars says they'll make out and forget about grabbing a game." Changkyun giggled.

"I believe you but game on." Minhyuk said and they shook hands. "Is this what you do when the power goes out." Hyungwon asked. "Yeah but if someone hadn't broken in then it'd be less spooky." Changkyun frowned. "Well I found these in the basement." Hoseok said setting drinks down.

"We have a basement." Hyungwon asked surprised. "Its very small. It was supposed to be like a bedroom and bathroom but was never finished." Hoseok said opening a beer and taking a drink. "It's the emergency room. If a tornado or something big hits we usually hide in it."

"You hide booze and yourselves as an emergency." Hyungwon laughed. Hoseok nodded and took another drink. Hyungwon didn't know if he was surprised or not. Each day he learned something very weird about Monsta X and today he learned about the 'emergency room'.

"Do you want one." Changkyun asked. Hyungwon took a deep breath and nodded. They heard footsteps coming down the stairs. "There's nothing up there." Kihyun sighed. "Damn it." Changkyun groaned. "What's wrong." Kihyun asked.

"Thanks a lot hyungs. Now I owe Minhyuk 5 dollars." He whined. "What did you guys bet on this time." Hyunwoo asked. "Changkyun bet that you guys would go upstairs make out and forget about grabbing a game." Minhyuk laughed. "We don't always just make out." Kihyun snapped.

"Hyunwoo said it." Changkyun shrugged. Kihyun looked at him. "A-Ani I never said that." The leader shook his head instantly. "Better not have." Kihyun sighed. "What are we gonna do now then." Jooheon asked. "We could play spin the bottle truth or dare." Hoseok suggested.

"Spin the what." Hyungwon asked. "You've never played with your school friends or something." Minhyuk laughed. "I didn't have friends. I usually studied a lot to go to college." Hyungwon shrugged. "Well then we definitely have to play. You have friends know." Minhyuk said instantly.

"We don't have a bottle yet." Changkyun frowned. "If I'm playing with you idiots I'd rather be drunk then sober." Kihyun said. He grabbed a bottle and chugged it handing Changkyun the now empty. Everyone was a bit surprised. "Did you guys go to the same school." Hyungwon asked. "It was fun." Hyunwoo said.

"What was Hoseok like." Hyungwon asked. "He was-" "Don't tell him." Hoseok snapped. "Why not." Minhyuk whined. "Because that was past me. I-I'm different now." Hoseok looked away shyly. "Was he some type of bad boy or something." Hyungwon smiled a little.

"Or something." Kihyun chuckled. "Are we gonna play the game or not." Hoseok asked. "Ok everyone form a circle." Kihyun demanded. They all got in a circle and taught Hyungwon the roles. They played rock paper scissors to get the order. Then started playing a few rounds.

The bottle was spun and landed on Minhyuk. "Damn it. Dare." He sighed. "Well since we were speaking about school earlier. Minhyuk I dare you to kiss Hyunwoo." Changkyun smirked. Everyone besides Kihyun, Hyunwoo and Hyungwon oooed.

"They dated in highschool." Hoseok whispered to Hyungwon. "T-Them." Hyungwon gasped. "It didn't last long. Hyunwoo realized he had more feelings for Kihyun and broke it off." Hoseok added. Hyunwoo looked at Kihyun who shrugged and drank from a large bottle. 

"Do we have to." Minhyuk sighed. "You chose dare so yes." Changkyun nodded. They leaned in and kissed for less then a second. "Kihyun your turn." Changkyun said. He sighed and spun the bottle landing on Changkyun. "Dare." He said confidently.

"Chug this." Kihyun handed him 1/3rd of the bottle he was drinking out of. Changkyun took a small sip and about threw up. "Hyung this is very strong." Changkyun frowned. "Well duh you think I was joking when I said I was gonna play this game sober." Kihyun giggled.

Changkyun sighed and chugged the bottle coughing when he was done. Jooheon patted his back. "What was it." Jooheon asked taking the bottle to read the label. "I forgot about this. Usually when we played one of us would piss one another off and make each other suffer for the rest of the game."

"That's so mean." Hyungwon frowned. "Its kinda funny." Hoseok laughed. He looked over at Hyungwon who looked a little worried. "If you don't want to play you don't have to. We won't pressure you. Just ask to go easy since it's your first time playing." Hoseok said. He put his hand on top of Hyungwons.

"Hyungwon truth or dare"
