Chapter Two
Nathan's POV
Follow up: My boyfriend Jason and I are going to meet my parents. Hopefully that my father, Poseidon, won't kick me out of Tythia and accepts who I am and who Jason is. I was snapped out of my thoughts by a big thud. Jason and I turned around to see...Brooklyn. Our friend. She has short orange hair with blue streaks. A gap between her two front teeth and pink lipstick. She was wearing a bellybutton shirt with white ripped jeans so that you could see her cross tattoo on her leg.
"Sup." she said. There was another thud. I looked behind to see another two friends of ours. Luke and Dallas laying on the ground. Brooklyn didn't turn around.
"How do you that, Brooklyn?" Luke asked.
"Practice." She said to Luke, "So where are you two lovebirds heading?"
"To meet with my family." I said. Dallas and Luke were behind Brooklyn now.
"Can we come?" Brooklyn asked jumping up and down. Jason put his hands on Brooklyns shoulders, stopping her from jumping. I sighed.
"Alright. You can come. I'm just saying that so you won't do your puppy dog face." I replied. Dallas and Jason started laughing. Luke just rolled his eyes.
"I would do that too." Dallas said.
"Okay, let's go." I said and we started walking to meet my family. Jason stayed back to talk to Dallas while I hung out with Brooklyn and Luke. Brooklyn stole my sunglasses.
"Hey, those are my sunglasses. Give 'em back." I yelled to Brooklyn.
"No." She yelled back and ran up the sidewalk. I ran after her.
Jason's POV
I watched as Nathan chased Brooklyn to get his sunglasses back.
"What's in the bag?" Dallas asked.
"Towel. Extra clothes. For Nathan and his sister. In case she wants to come up onto land." I replied hiking the backpack up my shoulder.
"Wait. Nathan has a sister?" He asked a smile plastered on his face.
"Yes." I said chuckling.
"Awesome." he said. I rolled my eyes.
"I'm thinking of asking him to marry me soon." I said to Dallas.
"Congragulations. Do it. If he makes you happy then you should." Dallas said.
"Yeah. Not just an amazing singer but an awesome boyfriend." I said.
"He sings?" Dallas asked.
"Yeah." I replied. I still remember the night that he sang to me.
*The Dream*Flashback*
I watched as my sister kissed her boyfriend goodbye. I heard the midnight train coming.
"C'mon Bella it's time to go home." I yelled to the couple. The train was getting closer. I heard Bella scream. Her boyfriend pushed her on the train tracks. I ran to her. I pushed her boyfriend out of the way. The last thing I saw was Bella, my little sister getting ran over by the train.
I sat up stright screaming in the bed. I was breathing heavy. My white shirt was soaked in sweat. I felt a hand on my chest. I jumped. It was Nathan.
"Hey, Hey, baby. What's wrong?" He said in his sweet voice I just crumble when I hear it. I pulled him into a big embrace. I kissed his hair.
