"So why can't your dad see that I'm here?" I ask
"Well... he is kinda the leader of our pack"
I give a small nod showing him that I understand
"Why did you move here?"
"You ask a lot of questions" he chuckles

"It's fine, we moved here because the last place we were in... we got caught"

"Yes, and keep it down"
"Uh sorry"
"I just have so many questions to ask you" I say excitedly
"Ahaha, do you get that excited for everything because I'm sure you would be exposed with the bright red eyes" I close my eyes and they change back to my normal blue eyes.
"Why do you have so many questions?" Ethan asks
"I've never met anyone else like me.....apart from my family"
"Here give me your number and you can ask all the questions you want" I give him my phone and he adds his number in.
"You probably should leave my dad will be home soon"
"Yeh of course, when should we finish the rest of the project?"
" tomorrow, your place?" He asks.
"I-uh..... sure" he walks me downstairs and on the last few steps I stop in my place, I could smell that his dad was home. Yes I know that sounds creepy but all werewolf's have good smell.
"Ethan, you have a friend here, let me meet her" his dad demands, my heart sank to the fall, I was gonna get killed. I was not apart of their pack and I'm at his house, he was a leader he could easily kill me.
I slowly walk down the rest of the stairs and to him with Ethan beside me.
"Ethan, why did you bring another werewolf in house ?!"
"We had to do a project and I didn't know she was a werewolf till an hour ago" he admitts
I look at my fingers that I was fiddling with .
"Welcome to our house I'm Sean" he says , I instantly move my head up and give him a confused look
"You not going to kill me?"
"Of course I'm not, you not even apart of a pack"
I tilted my head to the side with confusion still all over my face
"H-how did you know I wasn't apart of a pack?"
"I'm a leader, I can tell"
"Are you staying for dinner?" Sean asks
"No, I probably should get ho-" but before I could finish my sentence Ethan cuts me off
"Yes she is"
"Good, I'll tell Lisa to cook for one more person" Sean says while walking off

"What? Just stay please"
"Whatever" I go on my phone and text mum that I'll be having dinner with a friend.
We all sit at the table and Lisa comes and hands us our food.
"Hey Hunny, I'm Lisa"
"Nice to meet you Lisa I'm Jayden"
"How did you and Ethan meet?" She asks
"Class"
"Sorry Jayden but may I ask why you don't have a pack?" Sean says
"I did have a pack but the leader who was my father died and no one can step up since it has to be male and my mum only has girls"
"Oh, I'm sorry for you lost"
"It's fine"
We soon all finish dinner and I was heading home
"Thank you Lisa and Sean for letting me eat dinner with you"

Ethan walks me to my car as we make small talk.
"You know I'm a werewolf I could scare anyone that come near me, you don't need to walk me to my car"

"Thanks" I say while hopping into my car

I was reading to go to bed when I hear my phone ding I check to see who it was when it was an unknown number.

Ethan🐾: so when you were at my house you could read my mind !
Me:I did! But your mind is boring all you think about is food
Ethan🐾: hey! Food is bae
Me: I'm to tired to text how about after we finish the project we can go hunting and I can ask the question?
Ethan🐾: yeh that sounds good
Me: okay will good night Ethan

I place my phone on the bed side table and fall to sleep.
Skip morning and school
I was sitting on the hood of my car waited for Ethan to come. I soon see a figure in front of me and I knew it was Ethan because of his scent
"Hop in loser" I say
"Oh god"
We both hop in and I drive to my house. We walk into my house which is smaller than Ethan's but still big.
"Mum I'm home"
"Okay dear, who are you with?" She asks, of course she knew I was with someone because she could smell him
"Ethan, we are working on a project"
"Okay" we walk into my room and we start our project straight up to try and finish as soon as possible. I hear someone knock on the door and I knew it was Ash
"Come in Ash" she enters and sits in my bed
"Who are you?" She asks Ethan
"I'm Ethan and you?"
"I'm Ash, Jayden's little sister"
"I can see"
"What did you want Ash"
"Nothing I just could smell another werewolf in the house" she says walking out closing the door behind her
"She is sassy" he chuckles
"Yep"
We had finally finished our project for Chemistry and was getting ready to leave
"Mum! Me and Ethan are going hunting I'll see you in a bit" I call out. Ethan and I walk to the back yard and transform into our werewolf self. We follow each other and we hunt for food. I transformed back to human and I sit down and Ethan does the same.
"Why do you go to school but not Grayson!"
"Well as you could tell gray has angry issues so most of the time we've moved it because of him, so he decided to just drop out"
"Oh dang okay"
"So how did you get caught?" I ask while eating
"I got into a fight and my eyes down turned red"
"Shit Ethan"
"Yeah, What about you have you ever got caught?"
"No, I stay away from drama" I nods his head indicating that he was listening.
"At your last school was there any wolves?"
"Yeh, I had a best friend"
"That would be nice to have a best friend that a wolf so you do t have to hide from them"
"I'm guessing you do"
"Yeh it sucks that I can't tell her"
We head back home and Ethan leaves I got ready for bed and head to sleep.
