BEEP BEEP BEEP!!! My annoying alarm clock rung through my ears as i slowly opened my eyes. I reluctantly stepped out of my bed and into the shower. While trying to discover the meaning of life, i cleansed my body with scented products.
I stepped out of the shower only to be hit by tempuratures no human being should ever have to endure. i wrapped my hair and body in to a towel trying to salvage any of the body heat i could.
I dragged my tired body to my wardrobe. After minutes of deciding what to wear, i settled on a black vest top that hugged my body with a dark blue pair of skinny jeans. After getting dressed i walked back into the sauna i call my bathroom. I blow dryed my curly mess. My hair is wavy curly and straight. I straightened it and pinned back my bangs.
"Georgia"!!! my dad called from downstairs.
"NEVER" i yelled jogging down the stairs.
"Morning Colton" I said probably too cheery
"Morning" he mumbled under his breath. He looked lifeless and very tired. I don't think he slept at all last night. But that's what he gets for video chatting with June al last night. I could hear them giggling and making kissy noises at eachother, since his room was right next to mine.
"Morning dad what's up" I said poppin the "p" at the end.
"Mom had a late meeting last night so i thought i would fill in for her. Do you want any breakfast?" he questioned in the same tone of voice as me.
"I'd rather not" i said skeptically " I'm going to stop at starbucks on the way to school.
I walk to school everyday. It's good exercise. Colton drives himselve and June to school. He offered to drive me too at the start of the school year, but i would rather stuff a raccon down my throught than have to be sat a car with Her.
"BYE" i called to everyone as i grabbed my bookbag and slipped on my caramel colored leather jacket and my black flats to complete the look. I walked outside into the warm, fresh Georgia air. I liked the weather here. I isn't very tempurmental.
The walk to school was about 20 minutes today because i had to stop at starbucks. I took my phone out of my pockets and popped them into my ears. The song that was playing was You Belong With Me by For All Those Sleeping. It was a cover of Tayor Swift's song. I listen to music like that. Black Veil Brides, Escape the fate etc. It relaxes me. I know what you're thinking 'how in the world does something like that relax you' well it just does. I have no explaination for it.
As i approached starbucks, the heavenly smells of coffee drifted through the air. I walked inside and was greeted bye a guy with sparkley blue eyes but nothing close to Winnston's eyes. I walked to the counter and ordered my coffee and sat down to wait. I looked out the window and wtched all the cars go by. Even though it was 7 in the morning, there was still a lot of cars going by. Seeing all of them really made me want to go get my lisense. But that wasn't going to happen. I was in a trance-like state by the time my coffee was done.
I got up and walked over to the counter and payed for the delicacie in front of me. I have to admit he was pretty cute.
I walked outside the door and started my "exciting" adventure to school. I popped my headphones in again and this time listened to Carolyn by Black Veil Brides. I was playing a game on my phone and saw i had a new message from Bonnie.
Bonnie: Hey chickity where are ya ???
Me: Starbucks I'll be there in ten. Why?
Bonnie: Cuz i miss you =(
Me: Bonnie I think your lesbian side is showing =)
Bonnie: well i-
Thats all i could read before i looked up and saw a car with what looked like a drunk guy speeding towards me. My feet froze to the spot in pure terror.
I fell to the ground hard. I didn't want to open my eyes in the fear that God would be standing above me. I had no choice so i did. I opened my eyes and saw the same cute boy that works at starbucks. Without saying a word he helped me up. " Sorry" he said rubbing the back of his neck. "Don't be and thanks for saving me" "No problem, don't want to see a pretty girl get hurt" He winked. I couldn't help but blush. " so.. uh.. in return for saving you, do you think i can maybe have your number..." " Of course" I said smiling. I took out a piece of paper and wrote my name and number on it and handed it to him. I waved goodbye and continued my strangley exciting walk to school.
I looked at my phone and realized it was half 7. i had only 15 minutes before i would be late. I popped in my headphones and played Vegas by All Time Low. I hoped the music would help me walk faster. Unforunatley it didn't. I was 7:50 when i reached the front door of the school. I sneaked through the front doors and down the long corridors untili reached room 206. my homeroom. I held my breathe as i turned the doorknob. All eyes were on me like i had just commited a murder in front of everyone.
"Oh No It's Georgia!!" my Social Studies teacher Mr. Stebbons yelled jokingly. Thank goodness he was one of the fun, carefree teachers everyone loved. I just smiled and sat in my seat next to Juniper. It was nice having someone i liked in my homeroom for a change. Most all my life i was sat next to the immature idiots who make stupid jokes about nothing.
"sooooo why were you late today?" Juniper asked me happily. She was in a good mood today. 'Well to sum it up, i went to starbucks, met a cute guy who saved me from getting hit by a car, then got his number and listened to some good ole' All Time Low." I said like it happened everyday. She just sat there with wide eyes. "On a scale of 1 to 10 how cute was he" " i would say a solid 7" I said before i was interupted by Mr. Stebbons telling everyone to get to class.
I had Math for first period and then Science and lastly English. The morning went by fairly quickly except for math which seemed to drag on for forever.Mrs. Marz really had a way with making everything seem so much more boring than it really was. She was one of those teachers that nobody seemed to like. Everybody hated her but yet she didn't even notice.
After the first three periods was lunch. Juniper, Bonnie and I all sit at the same table. We got our lunches and sat down. I had to teall my morning adventures again because Juniper wanted to know details and Bonnie just didn't know anything yet. After lunch were my last two periods and dissmissal. I had Social Studies and lastly Reading. At five after two we were let out. I walked back home and got to the door who was opened by my parents. he swept me through the doorway and sat me on the couch. "we have to talk to you" They both said in unison.
