*Walking down a street and noticed something new*
"What's this? That's weird iv never seen this before. The city has changed a lot hasn't it. I wonder why? Excuse me madam I have a slight question I'd like to ask."
"Yeah what do you wanna know?"
"Why everything changed I was here about 2 years and its strange to see the city like this."
"Oh that's because of the explosive hero, wail he does his work he does make quite a mess and the city has changed because of it."
"Well that's sounds dangerous I bet hes better off working in fields or open spaces huh..."
"No actually you see he is mobile in small spaces and in large places it's kind of weird if you ask me and he kinda has a temper to but I have to go is that all you wanted to know?"
"Yes, thank you for your help, I am grateful for your kindness. Goodbye
"Bye see you around!"
(P.S Deku might be evil but that does not mean he has a bad attitude.)
"Ok so now I know kacchan is a distructive hero, I should gather all the information I can get on the heros, but before that I should get a base, maybe I should join the League of villains they have a bad reputation and that is perfect for me."
