I stood up and went to the room's door just to open it and discover a big hall with red and black velvet walls and wandered around to see where I could find the kitchen. I was mesmerized about the house's decor. I was secretly enjoying the decorations but the situation I was in made me forget about the beautiful colours on the entire hall.

I turned around and saw the man.
