Ayato, a 15 year old boy, suffers from amnesia due to the stress on his brain from the horrible experiences he encountered 7 years ago along side the death of his parents due to a plane crash.

The only thing he remembered was a promise he made with his childhood friends that he, himself, doesn't remember them. The promise was they would go to the same school in their second year at Gekkan Shoji High. As he meets them, he is still confused and tries hard to remember more of his past. Soon after 5 days, something happened to one of their friends. Ayato decides to go to her apartment but was confronted by a mysterious figure. He tries to fight the it but was stabbed and killed. The End. Well, for that time lapse. He thinks that it was all a dream but he later finds out by the help of his neighborhood clinic doctor, Dr. Masashiro Takashi, who specializes on the brain, tells Ayato that through all of his check-ups, Dr. Takashi played some sound frequencies to unlock some fraction of the brain that can help Ayato remember and those sound frequencies also unlocked his ability to send his consciousness back in time, or basically Time Looping. He is told by Dr. Takashi that Ayato was a test subject because of his brain's complex structure that made him, based from the research of the organization which Dr. Takashi was a part of, have Pre-Cognition. Dr. Takashi refused to continue working with the organization because they were going to use the test subjects for immoral purposes. Dr. Takashi warns Ayato that all of his friends are in danger because they are related to the test subject, which are Ayato and 3 more. Ayato decides to protect his friends and tries to figure out the organization and it secrets and stop them.
