What's happening?

"Cristal"
"Mindy? Mindy, I can't see anything." "Know that I will always love you Cristal." "Mindy wait!"
"What do you mean you can't tell!?! Is she dead or alive?" "Well sir we don't know, she has no pulse but she is breathing." "It's time to wake up, goodbye little sister."
"She's waking up." Who's that?
"Can you hear me?" He sounds important. I open my eyes and see that I am not on the beach, I am in a small white room with strange machines around me.
There are two men in the room, one looks to be in the military, the other is a doctor.
"Where am I?"
The doctor spoke up, "it's okay, you're in the medical wing of yamato naval research base."
"Where's my sister?" I started to sit up but the waves me back down.
This time the man who I guess to be in the navy speaks, "we did not find her, the beach you were found on was hit by what we call a corrosive warhead, it destroys everything in a 3 meter radius then explodes. I'm sorry. But she can't have survived"
The room fills with shadow as tears fill my eyes and the doctor gets a little worried. "What's your name little one?"
"My name is cristal. I am the holder of darkness."
