Lara jumped around her room, her uncle's cape around her, retelling her father if the day's adventures "and then uncle thor jumped from the roof and landed in the pool!" Loki chuckled, sitting on her bed "Thats the last time i let thor babysit you. Now bed time little cub." "I do like Aunt Nat watching me more! She's fun!" She giggled a jumped into the bed, burying herself in the comforter "Daddy, can you tell me a story?"
Taking her cape off, loki wrapped a blanket around her "Of course. What do you want tonight? The story of ursa major? The time i defeated the evil thanos along side the avengers?" She groaned "Ive heard those before! I want somthing new!" "Hmm. Ok. Settle in little star." Lara snggled into her father's chest as he began "Once there were four lonley children," lara tugged on his shirt "Father, why were they lonley?" Loki sighed "Well sweetie. Not everyone has someone to tuck them in every night." Her eyes widened "They didnt have a mommy or daddy?" Loki gazed into his daughter's eyes sadly "They had everything once. Untill it slowly slipped away." Lara looked down "What happened to them?" Her father closed his eyes "Bad things. Irreversible things." Lara cuddled closer "Didnt anyone help them?" Loki  looked at the window, his mind drifting away "When your so young and so... diffrent. Sometimes the world casts you out. Like you waited for it, but it never gave you a chance." Lara pressed her forehead closer to her father "I dont like this story. Its sad. I wouldve given the lots of love." Loki smiled sadly as she yawned "Daddy, im sleepy." He kissed her cheek "Then rest my princess. No more  stories tonight."
The next morning lara raced downstairs, a large paper in hand "Daddy! Look what i drew!" She handed her father her creation.  Lines and objects drew scribbled in greenand blue "Whats this princess?"
"A map of Any where! So we can go find the lonley children and rescue them!" Lara smiled, proud of her accomplishment, but it faultered as her father's eyes began to tear up "Daddy? Whats wrong?" Loki wrapped his child in a hug" Larale. I know you want to help everyone but some things. They just cant be helped." Realising what he was saying, she looked down sadly "Oh. Ok." Loki looked at her and smiled softly "But maybe one day you can help others. So there wont be anymore lonley children." She gazed at him in wonder
"Like you and uncle tony? And uncle thor?" Pating her head, loki chuckled
"Yes, my star. Just like us."

This was sort of a little filler chapter while i work on the next part of the story. Thank you the_circus_king for everything youve done and helped with.
