Back to camp.
I've always loved Camp Springs. In fact this is my thirteenth time going. Oh sorry, I think i forgot to introduce myself. My name is Annie Spade. I am sixteen years old and Camp Springs is basically my second home. My father, James Spade, runs the camp, so I've gone with him for a lot of the years.
Even though my father runs the camp, I try not to make it obvious. I would hate it if people treated me different just because my father is important.
Camp Springs is a camp for new comers, like refugees. They show them the cool parts of Canada, the more natural parts. I've always loved it because of how friendly everyone is. Its also always so beautiful up north (where we go every year).
Tomorrow we leave for our 6 hour drive. I'm going on the bus with everyone else, but my dad is going on a separate car because he has to take some stuff we need, but I'm okay with that. I've always been out going so I don't think I will have trouble talking with people.
Well, I better get to sleep, considering we have a big day tomorrow. Hope everything goes well.
