I'm not sure when I woke up exactly, but I hesitantly opened my eyes. Almost as soon as I did, my head started throbbing. The room that I had awoken in was dark with a faint moon light shining through the window.

How long have I been asleep?

I know it must have been at least a half a day, since we entered Zone 2 in the early afternoon. It could've been multiple days though. Sitting up, and quietly groaning due to the pain my head was enduring I might add, I looked around the room. The sleeping form of.. Bandit.. I think, was curled up on an air mattress. When I look next to me, I see Zacharie and The Judge, both asleep. ((I hate how this is turning out so I know it sucks butt))

Judge was curled up into a ball and pawing at the mattress slightly as he slept. Zacharie, however, was mumbling unintelligible things and fidgeting in his slumber. I noticed that under his jet black bangs, right above his mask, there was a patch of gauze taped to his forehead. Pushing his hair to the side, I observed it more closely. He flinched at my touch but then calmed down and stopped fidgeting all together. A bit of red was showing through, indicating that he had been bleeding pretty badly.

Oh.. I did that...

I laid back down on the air mattress and closed my eyes. Memories of what I had done filled my mind, causing my headache to grow even more. Whatever happened, I'll get it figured out in the morning...

--time skip ye--

"She must've woken up sometime last night.."

"How can you tell?"

"Well, when she was in the 'coma', for lack of a better word, she never moved positions, she was just on her back constantly. Plus, her breathing's returned to normal. It would seem that way, at least."

"When should she wake up then?"

"It shouldn't be long, an hour at the most."

"Ah, o-okay."

"You should stop your worrying, friend. Maybe you should go outside and get some fresh air."

"Y-yeah.. good idea."

--woah more time skip--

Light was coming in through the two windows on the other sides of the shop, causing me to squint almost as soon as I open my eyes. My body immediately felt extremely sore and there was this lingering pain in my head. Probably some sort of really bad headache, but I had just gotten used to it after a while.

"Hmm?" I looked over to see Bandit turn his head and look at me. He had a tinge of surprise in his gaze but didn't last long, "Oh! You're finally awake." He smiled upon saying it.

I sat up and groaned due to the pain I felt in my muscles and head, "Ugh my head.. how long was I out?"

"All in all, it was around a day and a half." He then handed me a small, blue pill with some kind of gel stuff in it, "Here, this'll help stop your headache."

Advil. It looks like Advil from back home...

Knowing that, I quickly put the pill in my mouth and swallowed it with the help of some water or "plastic" as it was here, it just tasted and felt like normal water though.

"So, did you guys have your first couple fight?" Bandit smirked as he said it.

"Oh my god will you ever quit?" I felt my face heat up a bit, "And no, we didn't," I closed my eyes and let out an exasperated sigh, "Where is the weirdo anyway?"

Bandit tilted his head to the left and gestured towards the door, "He went outside to get some air. You should've seen him, he was worried sick."

"Hmm, I'll go talk to him. Thanks," I could already feel my headache subsiding as I walked through the door of the cramped shop.

The pill didn't help the soreness one bit, but I figured walking around a bit might help. I noted the silence of the Zone compared to the old Zone 2, where you could always hear the Elsen scuttling to where they needed to be. Here, the only real sound came from the waves of plastic and the repetitive thumping of my shoes against the pavement.

Eventually I came to a small dock area. However, the "dock" had multiple splits in the wood-like rubber. On top of that, it was partially submerged in the plastic towards the beginning of it.

Regardless of the crumminess, I still saw the cat-loving merchant sitting at the end of it.

"How's your side?" I asked. He instantly turned around and stared at me.

He smiled, "It's been better, how's your head?"

I grinned, remembering the last conversation we had like this, "Honestly? Feels like shit."

Sorry this is kind of short, I've had really bad creativity block lately. Anyway, this story has gotten me a bunch of new followers so hello to those reading :3
