"This is the new house!" My dad said from the drivers seat next to me We pulled up to a simple one story house that was actually quite cute. There were stairs to the front door and on the inside as soon as you walk in you're in between the kitchen and living room. Then down the hall there are 4 rooms a master bedroom, a normal bedroom, a bathroom, and an extra room which was most likely gonna be the home gym. My dad showed me to my room and it was pretty large, I was going to put my bed against the wall and there was a little window seat that I was going to put some cute throw pillows on. I had my own small bathroom with a shower and a sink. I started to unpack and install my tv. I put my fairy lights around the room and put some other decorations. ~~~~~~~~ My room was done and I actually quite liked it

I decided to explore the neighborhood and try to get used to my surroundings. My house was in a pretty secluded neighborhood that was surrounded by a huge forest. School starts in 2 days and I was kinda worried because I don't know anyone and I've always been the girl people pick on, but I don't let it get to me. I was walking around the road when I saw a small trail leading into the woods so I went to check it out. I was thinking of running down here once in a while. I'm a bit of a fitness freak so I like to work out quit a lot and I'm proud of my body I have a sorta flat stomach with slight abs, and a perky butt and breasts. I was halfway down the trail when I heard bushes rustle. Being the stupid person I am I decided to walk over to see what it was. Out of the bushes popped a small white bunny..awwww! I reached over to pet it but it hopped away. This entire time I felt a pair of eyes on me and it made me a bit uncomfortable so I decided to head home. ~~~~~~~~ "Bella dinners here!" My dad called from the dining table. I walked out of my room to the kitchen and sat down with my dad eating our Chinese takeout. "So Bella I have to leave again for work tomorrow.." my dad said I was slightly disappointed that he wouldn't be here for my first day of school but it wasn't like it hadn't happened before. Ever since my mom died 5 years ago he's missed a lot. My middle school graduation, my 15th and 13th birthdays, and the one that probably stung the most, every single Christmas. Yup. I know I sound like a baby but I just wish my dad realized that I need him, I've kinda had to grow up a lot quicker and learned to take care of myself.
"How long this time?" I asked bitterly "1 month.." he responded unsure of my reaction Woah. A month?! That's the longest time he's ever been gone! I was going to miss him a lot but I was kinda excited to have this adorable house all to myself. ~~~~~~~~~~ After dinner I went to take a shower and my dad went straight to bed. As I stepped in the warm water I felt all my worries wash away. I remember when I was little my mom used to take the longest showers, up to 40 minutes and I used to wait out the door for her to step out. Now I understood why she loved them so much, being practically and adult thanks to my dad I see the showers as a way to relax and think about things. Ever since the car accident 5 years ago I've seemed to have a lot of worries. I scrubbed the vanilla scented shampoo into my hair and then rinsed, then doing the vanilla conditioner and leaving it to set while I washed my body with my sweet strawberry body wash. I've always loved the smell of vanilla because it reminds me of when my mom used to bake, and strawberries because it reminds me of when me and my parents went to this strawberry picking place and had so much fun. I stepped out of the shower and wrapped a fluffy towel around me and walked over to my sink to dry my hair with the blowdryer. I walked back into my room to change into an oversized Broncos t-shirt and underwear (I don't sleep with pants on sue me). I then washed my face and went to bed. As I was laying on my phone I thought about what my new school would be like. In my old town there was a girl named Britney that used to bully me to no end. She was your average school mean girl with fake..everything. I always thought it was because I was the weird smart girl that was in all advanced classes but I really don't see that as something to bully someone over. Ewww she's smart and can get a job?! Grossss Like what is that logic?! I just hoped that I can get a fresh start at this school and who knows, maybe I can make a friend this time! ~~~~~~~~~ I sat up and stretched my arms out as I woke up. I walked down to the kitchen and as I stepped in I saw a note lying on the counter.
Isabella, I'm so sorry I didn't say bye but I had to leave for my flight very early and I didn't want to wake you up. Under this note I left you some money for food and other necessities for the month. Behave and know that I love you!

Under the note was $200. See, I knew my dad loved me but I just wish he was around more often, but I've just gotta suck it up and move on with my life. I slipped on some fluffy socks and started to make pancakes. As I turned on the radio and was dancing and singing across my kitchen I saw in the corner of my eye two yellow eyes looking through the bushes. Weird. I brushed it off thinking it was just another bunny as the eyes went away. As I was eating my pancakes I decided that today I was going to go grocery shopping. So after I ate I put on some shorts and tied my big Broncos t-shirt, took the money my dad left and hopped in Ken, my beautiful 2016 Volvo XC90. (Yes I named my car but you can't judge me)

As I was walking through the isles I grabbed some healthy food like fruits and vegetables, the necessities like milk, eggs, bread etc. and then my favorite, the junk food. Chips and popcorn were my go to's. Then cookies and brownies and finally the amazing freezer food isle. As I walked up to the cashier I saw she was actually a really pretty girl who seemed to be my age.
"Hi my names Madison! Did you find everything today?" The girl, Madison, asked "Yes thank you" I responded We started conversing, her asking if I was going to be a student at Morganville High and by the end we had exchanged phone numbers. ~~~~~~~~ The rest of the day went by pretty slow. I spent most of it unpacking groceries and finishing decorating the house. It was now officially box free!! By bedtime came I was out like a light but in the back of my mind I was worried about school tomorrow. Well I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens I thought to myself as I slowly drifted of into sleep.
