            ...After 4 years people give up, she thought the world has a sun and it will come up tomorrow, so why waste your frowns. Tomorrows her birthday, and she curls up in her bed and goes to sleep. Sarah wakes up bright and early. She walks into the kitchen to see balloons, cake presents, and steak. She walks to her mom and dad hugs them and says I love you guys. She walks away and hug the rest of her family. Sarah turns as she hears a loud crash, her dad is on the floor. Five minutes later... The ambulance are at her house taking her father. She starts crying and runs into her room. Her heart almost gave out when her dad had a heart attack, because she has heart disease. Her family got scared and went to the hospital, they forgot she was even there. She was left home alone for two days. She thought now what?
