Chapter 1~ First Encounter

Hey im going to start a story... this story is based on psycho-pass, if you haven't seen the anime or read the manga I highly recommend it, so you understand whats going and you have a feel for the characters. Hope you enjoy!

Its the year 2113 exactly 100 years in the future. Your government is controlled by Sybil, a topic in which you don't know much about. You know it is what determines if a persons psycho-pass levels are to high. And if is to high then the sibyl system will determine if you are to be stunt with a volt of electricity, or you are to lethally killed by an explosion of light. The weapon used to do this is a Dominator. A high tech. gun that only allows you to stun or kill a target that sibyl sees as a threat. Its usually if a persons psycho-pass is too high. And those who's psycho-pass levels that are to high cannot be treated. Bound to a life in confinement, as an out cast your only hope to see out side your cage is if you become an enforcer, a dog of the public safety beru (AKA Laten criminal). They find and judge those criminals with high psycho-pass levels. They do this to prevent there inspectors psycho-pass hues from getting murky or clouded. Mainly there job is to solve murders, disappearances, hunt down and determine whether a shot is allowed, and control how powerful it can be in a range from temporary paralysis to complete disintegration.

As you look at the clock you realize that you're running late. You change your clothes with your device and head out the door. It's pouring rain you realize you left your umbrella on your table. You don't have time to run back to your apartment and get it so you run off into the rain. You run to your car that's across the parking lot, you realize that you left your keys in the ignition overnight." Thank goodness nothing happened, I'm such an idiot". As you drive out of the parking lot rain starts to pour even harder on your window, you turn your windshield wipers on and you put your car on automatic. The car is now driving by itself and you are deciding what kind of make up you want to wear that day." Don't want to look stupid, I'd hate to embarrass myself especially on the first day". Not knowing what to expect from the day you hurry into the building . On your way into the building you realize you have no clue how to get upstairs. Or even where the elevator was, you hurry to a board that says map at the top. You quickly look to where you are and you find the elevator across the hallway. On your way up to the 30th floor the elevator stops on floor 21. You realize someones getting on.Your stomach drops.The elevator door slowly opens, a tall man with black hair stands in front of you. You quickly glanced at him and looked back down to the floor. You hold your breath almost as instinct you know it's a latent criminal and you're well aware that is most likely one of the enforcers. He walks in the elevator and the silence seemed to eat your skin. Stuck in an elevator with laten criminal wasn't as bad as you thought. When you realized you weren't breathing you slowly take sips of air in and out. You could hear him breathing in a rhythmic pace almost in a soothing sort of way. You started to breathe normal as well. You took a breath about to speak but you hear a ding the elevator stopped on the 30th floor. You felt sad yet relieved that the elevator was at your destination. You both walk out of the elevator he goes left you go straight to your new companions desk. '(Full name) reporting for duty sir'. 'You should know my name but if you don't remember its Ginzoa, nice to meet you'. He wears glasses and has long black hair as well. You take a deep breath in and out, realizing what Ginzoa was about to do, he took a deep breath and said 'These are the enforcers you will be working with Tomomi Masaoka, Shusei, Kari, Yayoi Kunizuka and Shinya kogami, you quickly notice the man from the elevator . 'It's a pleasure to work with all of you'.
After a long day of work hunting down a man in an alleyway you finally see how the Dominators work, a voice in your head tells you if they are to be stunt or to be killed on sight . You go back to the office to debrief after that you head outside. It's cold outside and it's still raining you walk to your car in the parking lot as you go out, you feel for your keys in your pocket you realize they're not there. Feeling like an idiot you turn back around and into the building .Being grateful you were out of the rain but feeling like an idiot for forgetting your umbrella in the first place you go back to the elevator and back upstairs to where your desk was. And to your surprise you keys were sitting right there on your desk . You smile to yourself and feel so stupid you hurry back to the elevator and try and avoid running into anyone at the main office . You think about this morning about the elevator moment you had, your cheeks start to burn you realize that you do actually love Shinya a man you haven't even met not to mention he's a latent criminal. As you walk back outside into the rain, you feel like someone's watching you you turn around and there's one there you quickly get in your car and lock the doors, you set your car to go to your house as your cars driving you realize how stupid you felt. "I forgot my umbrella, my keys in the ignition this morning and I also left them on my desk " when you get your apartment you open the door realizing that you picked out one of your favorite holograms you smile and walk in you yell "Candy i'm home". " welcome home (your first name)". You walk to the bathroom and take a shower. You start thinking about Shinya again and your stomach starts to churn.
