Liam's POV

I don't think anyone noticed that Dahlia escaped yet. Incase the did though I had to come up with an alibi. There is only two people left in this pack I can trust. I grab my phone and dial

"Gabriel?" I call into the phone. I heard heavy sigh "Gabe?" more nothing "DUDE! SERIOUSLY SAY SOMETHING!"

"u-um yeah. Whatcha' need?' he said. Clearly tired.

"Sooo, you know that Dahlia escaped last night? Right?"

oh cool... Wait, really?! OOH, YOU GO DAL! Get it girl!" ugh he so weird "Wait so what does that have to do with us?" I know what you're thinking, US? must be some sorta typo right? Well actually, I kinda blackmail Gabe from time to time. the dirt I have on him is that he has a mate and its a guy. Now, Alphas are not supposed to be gay. However, when that does happen they have to choose a successor. Gabe chose me I have ten copies. I'm pretty much the pack lawyer so I'm not like those retarded people. I got my sh*t together. I know when I'm being punked. Anyway he's waiting to turn twenty. He's younger than me and Dee. i turned 21 in April. Dee turned twenty one a week ago. not that anyone would notice since she's not allowed to have a birthday. Dee, her sisters and I had a mini party for her.

Wow do I keep going off track. I guess it's true what they say, 'you go crazy without your mate'. Gabe is waiting so after he announces it that if necessary him and Victor can run away together. I'm the only person who knows. I only know because I found them in the woods talking about their plans. So I use this information to constantly blackmail him. He's totally cool with it cus he knows I'll never actually say anything. At this point he's basically  humoring me. Plus I know he got dirt on me; Got it off me while I was drunk.

Wait, did you think I was going to tell you? Ha No! I told you I'm a lawyer. I know what to say and when to say it. 

" DUUUDE! who are you? Liv Moore? Are you eating brains now? DID YOU HAVE A VISION?!" 

"Bro; you. watch. too. much. iZombie. you a Dee both."

" Don't knock it till you try it."

"Whatever! Anyway I need you to be my alibi for her disappearance. You and Vic both."

"OK. What're we gonna say we were doing?"

" um, I don't know, hanging out in your room?" I say hoping that he will agree.

" Yeah sure. ill say we were watching the interview with a vampire." sometimes I swear he has some sort of crush on Brad Pitt. 

" Cool inform Vic. Adios!"

"Dude I'm French not Mexican. I don't speak Spanish." 

"Gabe, Adios means bye." I say in a 'duh' tone of voice

"Whatever. bye" he hangs up. He's so sensitive. I head out to start Training for the day

90 mins later

*Ring ring* (idk how to describe a phone ringing)

"yeah" I answer stopping my timer.

"baby you look so hot while you're training." I hear Jamie's voice coming from my phone

"Oh really? well come out from you hiding spot and ill show you some more"

"Tempting..... oh eff it. why not."

the I hear a thud behind me.  I turn around and see her crouched down in the middle of the path. D*mn vampire. hiding in the tree.

"Hey Jamie!" I say running up to her and hugging her deeply

"Woah easy there tiger. you're still gross and sweaty."

"I missed you so much. I love you!" I say squeezing Jamie harder.

"Love you too!" she says. "Liam, I came to see you today because I sensed something wrong last night.

oh sh*t

oooooo. Liam's in trouble! so, who's this Jamie character? Is SHE Liam's mate?  probably. Only Liam knows the answer to that one; Well him and gabe. aloha!
