Laura's POV
Our lips were about to touch. Slowly leaning but I knew that it would complicate things so I just panicked I didn't know what to do. I'm running out of time before those sweet lips meet mine but thankfully the crowd interrupted... We blush in embarrassment when the crowd whistled and applauded loudly. His eyes met mine and his puppy dog eyes just crumpled my heart. I could see sadness in his eyes. I mouth the word " Sorry " then I run off.
Ross POV
" Sorry" she mouthes to me... Why why! I run after her, she goes into the janitors closet and I run in there with her.
Laura: Ross no please... *her eyes are filled with tears*
Ross: Laura I love you!
Laura: Ross I-
I couldn't take another one of her speeches so I kissed her with all the love I could and I feel her kissing back hesitantly but she goes for it. She pulls away and sinks to her knees and I follow her.
Ross: I'm not asking to be your boyfriend I'm not asking you none of that but I do ask one thing from you.
Laura: What's that?
Ross: To be your best friend again. The one I used to be! Telling you Laura jokes and giving you Gogurt ,teasing each other and loving each other the way we used too!
Laura: Awww... Ross!
Ross: Is that a yes?
Laura: Only if you promise me one more thing... Please don't cut yourself!
Ross: H-How y-you know?
Laura: I know my best friend...
Ross: and I know mine.. * flips her wrist over revealing her cuts*
