Chapter 19: Painfull reminders

Carsons POV:

"Whats he talking about Carson?" Louis asked me.

"I...we were engaged for...for like a day." I didn't notice the tears till I saw one land on my hand.

"Why are you crying its okay. Come here." Louis pulled me into him as lights flashed like crazy outside. I didn't care. I just wanted this guy infront of me gone.

"Hey Carson. It'll be okay." Jordon tried to touch my arm making me jump higher than the empire state building.

"Woah. Carson. It's okay." Louis pulled me back.

"Leave. Him. Please." I couldn't get a full sentence out. Louis understood.

"I think it will be better if you leave now." Louis told him. I didn't look at him as I hoped he was going away. I just stayed in Louis chest.

The press outside must be loving this. Me in Louis's arms after being rumored to be with Niall.

"Its okay carson. Just calm down. Come." We stood and he lead me to the bathroom. He closed the doors behind us, ignoring all the looks.we were getting. I sat down on the floor Louis following me.

"Come on. Now tell me love. Who is he?" Louis grabbed me again.

"Hes...hes Jordan. My ex. Please don't make me talk about him. I can't. Louis I just can't." I was sobbing again.

"Shhh. It'll be fine. Just one question. You were scared of him, yes?" Louis looked down at me.

"Y-y-yes." I shook.

"Thats all I need to know. I won't let him near you again. You need to tell Niall though." He rubbed my back trying to.calm me. It worked slowly. Only Niall could make me feel all the way better. I nodded.

"Can we go home now?" I asked just as my phone started ringing.

I saw Nialls picture and took a calming breath before asnwering.

"H-hello." I said as calmly as possible.

"Hey, where are you and Lou?" I herd his voice and I wanted to break down again.

"We uh.. we went to go get coffee. We'll be home soon."

"Okay. Are you alright you sound upset?" He sounded worried.

"I'm fine. We're coming home. See you soon,bye." I felt bad but I was about to break down.

"Bye love." I hung up.

I sat there for a minute Louis patting my back. I stood.

"Alright lets go home." Louis looked skeptical.

"Okay. We need to find a way out."

Half an hour later we closed the door behind us as Niall came up smile fading when he saw me. My eyes must still be puffy from crying.

"Whats wrong?! Louis what happened?" He took me into him. My tears fell again but silent this time.

"I don't really know, some guy showed up and she broke down. Told me to make him leave. And then she started crying.I think she should tell you the rest." He sounded confused and upset. I was still so confused about our ex-releationship.

"Carson? First, are you hurt?" He gazed at me. I shook my head into his chest.

"Good. Now tell me what happend." He sqeezed me.

"I'll go...find something...yeah bye." Louis walked away his head down.

"Now tell me Love. Who was the guy?" He rubbed my back as we sat on the love seat. He placed me in his lap as I stayed curled into him.

"Jordan. My...ex..fiance.." I looked at him as his face fell even more than it already had.

"Fiance? Your 17 how do you have an ex-fiance?" He barley whispered.

"We planned on gettin married when we were 18. We were only engaged for a day. Then....it got broke off."

I could hardly breath. The painfull reminders were still so alive.

"Why?" He looked at me.

"We...it....I..." He stopped me by hugging me.

"I underatand love. Will you tell me one day?" He held me close.

"I promise." And promises were something i never broke. I never made one unless I knew I could keep it.

"Good. Now, we should get ready." He picked me up bridal style.

"Niall!" I screamed.

"Yes?" He said cooly.

"Put me down!" I held onto him.

"Okay." He laughed not putting me down as we climbed the stairs.

A few hours later I stood snapping pictures of the all the boys being..well themselves.

"Louis stop kissing Liams cheek please." I laughed snapping a few pictures as the all the boys were smiling and goofing off. Niall kept winking at me, as I was trying to be as serious as I could for this shoot. I wanted to be professional and do the best I could. All the boys laughed as they started pushing and whispering to eachother.

"Boys! Pay attention to the shoot not each other!" I yelled snapping a few more pictures.

"Aww come on! We were playing!" Louis yelled back wrapping his arms around Zayn's neck. They all laughed stil posing for their pictures.

"All right, guys. I think I have enough." I snapped the camara off.

I had to have taken atleast a thousand pictures. We had a shoot for awhile on the beach, then in some screen area, and green screens for the boys to pick a back round later and then finally our last place in a normal house looking area and the boys being themselves.

They all looked so comfortable and so themselves. I'd be so nervous. I guess you'd get used to it.

"Great Job guys!" Their manager Kelly told them. "That was perfect!"

"Thanks Kel." Louis said puttin an arm around her.

"Yeah means alot." Harry said in a scarcastic tone.

"Alright boys, so were going to go over these shots and have you all come back in to look them over. Carson can I talk to you for a second?" Jack said motioning for me to follow him, and I did.

"So we have a problem. Our writer for our magazine article can't write it anymore. And I also saw in your report you took advanced journilism courses. So this is a chance we are offering to you to write the article too. Its a great oppertuinty. If you say yes. Our receptionist can give you all the information you need to write." He explainex it all for me.

"I'd love to do it!" I said. This was amasing!

"Great." He smiled

Hey guys finally get to update. So i have a situation I wont possibly beable to upload untill wednesday or thursday. It sucks i know! Im lucky I get to now. Im sooo sorry. But its not my fault. And this chapters not very good either. Ik and its so messed up with spelling mistakes. I dont have much time to do any of this soooo sorry. Love you guys see ya on wednesday or thursday!
