Telling Daniel

We got to the airport and Mom and Dad were waiting for us at the airport. I immediately ran to them and hugged them I was so happy to see them.  

After all of us hugged and got into the car and we drove home. This time since  I was the smallest I had sit on Zach's lap. It was better than sitting on Jonah's lap though. 

*SKIP CAR RIDE*

I immediately went upstairs to my room and unpacked since we were staying for the week.

Besides all of this Jonah stuff I was happy. Going to the fair is my favorite part of when I'm home. My family and I all go together and have fun. Daniel and I usually hang out with our friends from home. The point is we have fun. We don't think about the bad things in our life we go on rides and have fun.

I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in."

It was Daniel and Zach.

"Kay, we have a surprise for you."

"What is it?"

"Come down stairs and you will find out."

I walked down stairs and instead of being excited. I was mad. I was upset. I acted like I was happy but I wasn't.

It was Tate.

I ran to her and gave her a hug and acted like everything was okay.

"Oh my god, Tate how are you here?"

"Jonah, Zach, and Daniel flew me out here."

"Really?"

I was really upset that she was here. 

Hours passed of me and Tate talking at the kitchen table.

"I am gonna go to bed guys. Tate there is an extra bed in my room if you need a place to sleep."

"I'm actually going to sleep by Jonah tonight on the couch." 

"I can sleep on the couch you guys go ahead and sleep in my room."

Jonah says:

"No, Kay, it's fine we can take the couch."

 "It's fine I wanna sleep on the couch guys."

Tate and Jonah both looked and each other.

"Guys, it's fine you can have my room."

Tate says:

"Thank you so much Kay." 

"No problem. Good night guys."

"Goodnight." They said in  Unison

I grabbed a comforter out of the closet next to the bathroom and laid on the couch and fell asleep.

*NEXT DAY*

Today was  the day of the fair. I'm so excited and it is supposed to be like 64 degrees out so I put on some leggings, a black crop top and a flannel.

I heard Tate and Jonah talking about the fair and how they were excited to go. 

Tate is going. 

I am not going.

I went upstairs and got back into my pajamas

I just started to cry and then someone knocked on my door.

It was Daniel. 

I quickly wipe my tears.

"Come in."

"Hey are you read-."

"Why aren't you dressed?

I couldn't tell him that it was because of Tate.

"I don't feel good."

"Kay, what has been going on with you. The past 2 months you have been acting weird."

This was the perfect opportunity to tell him about Jonah and I.

"Daniel, I need to tell you something. Your going to be very mad at me. I need you to know that I didn't mean to keep this from you for so long."

"Kay, what is it."

I slept with Jonah.

There was silence for a minute. He put his hands on his head.

Daniel says:

"How long ago."

He said with disappointment in his voice

"Two months ago." 

He walked out of my room and shut the door. He tried to get the words out of his mouth but he couldn't even talk to me.

I texted Jonah right away after Daniel left my room.

I told Daniel

                                                                                                                   Ya I know hes in my room

I have never felt worse in my life. I have never felt so much guilt and pain from my brother being upset.
