Erika's pov
Tringggg goes my annoying alarm signaling me to wake up i woke up and got ready and got my daughter Elle ready for going with me to the work I wore and sleeve less shirt and some leggings and got elle ready in a skirt and some tee shirt and got ready to deal with my abusive boyfriend and Elle's father Blake that doesn't even care about his own daughter all he does is beat me and takes all my money that I earn and waste it all in alcohol and stuff and after Elle begin born I stated to get more less with the money but let me tell you Elle is the sweetest little girl a mother could have I just wish that she also had a father that treats her well not like Blake that beats her own mom every day I have scars from getting beat by Blake I work at a small diner with this sweet old lady which also helps me to take care of Elle and with some money I really appreciate it Elle's third birthday day is coming up this month on 29th of September she wants to buys toys but never tells me because all the stuff that we both are going through I don't own that much money but I can make it work some how we are now headed to the diner where I work Elle is also going with me because I don't trust Elle begin with Blake
"Hey good morning Mrs.smith" I said
"Hey good morning Erika good morning Elle" Mrs.smith replied
"Good morning" Elle says as she go in and hugs Mrs.Smith
"Let's go in the back room Elle aunt lo and aunt Mackenzie are there" I said as I go in the back room to Lauren and Mackenzie they are my besties since I got to LA
"Yeah mommy I want to tell aunt Kenzie something" Elle says as she runs to the back room and huges Mac
"Hey baby goat" Mackenzie says as she hugs Elle and spin her around
"Hey Mackenzie hey lo" I said grabbing their attention
"Hey mama goat" says Mackenzie *erika laughs*
"Hey good morning" Lauren said
"Let's get to work ladies customers are coming in" Mrs.Smith says
"Ok" all of us says expect Elle
"Elle here are your crayons and your coloring book so sit here and color in your ok?" I said to Elle while giving her some crayons and her favorite coloring book and some pancakes
"Ok mommy and thank you for the breakfast" Elle said
"Your welcome sweetheart" I said kissing Elle's forehead
"Bye sweetie I will be out there if you need me just come to me outside and don't cause any trouble ok?" I said
"Ok mommy bye love you" Elle said
"I love you too" I said as I walked out to the dining area and started taking orders
*3 hours later*
I saw some blondie walk in with some dirty brown haired guy and some person with black suit I walked over to them
"Hello guys I'm Erika and your waitress for today so what would you like"I said to the three boys sitting in their chairs I saw the blonde one staring in my eyes wow his eyes are beautiful and his hair looks so fluffy I want to touch thewait Erika no you aren't falling for some damn stranger
"I would like a burger with a glass of water angel" the blond one says wait did he just called me angel.
"Sir my name is Erika as I just said" I said
"But I like think angel suits you much better" he said as I blushed
"And we would like the same please" both of his friends said
"Ok I will be back with your orders"I said as I heard some of his friend say "she isn't even scared of you" hmm why should I be scared like who is he a damn gang leader or something meh I just brushed it off and walked back in the kitchen and gave the list of order as Mac and Lauren started making them I walked back with their orders and gave it to them
"Mommy mommy I need some thing to eat" Elle said while running to me
"Wait a minute sweetie I will be there go back" I said as Elle walked back
"Is that your daughter?" The blondie said
"Yes her name is Elle"I said
"She is beautiful like her mother" blondie said
"Thanks" I said as I blushed
"Can I talk to her? Please" blondie said
"Oh and btw I'm Jake and that's Anthony and kade" Jake said
"Yeah of course" I said as I walked to the back room and grabbed Elle
"Elle meet them"I said introducing Elle to Jake and his friends
"Hey everyone I'm Elle I'm 2 years old and soon turning 3 in 3 weeks"Elle said as she holds up 2 fingers
"Hey Elle I'm Jake you can call me jakey and this is Anthony and Kade" Jake said to Elle while introducing her to his friends
"Hey Elle" his friends said
"So who's your dad?"
"My dad um well he is not my dad I don't like him he is really mean to me and mommy"Elle said
"Elle!"I said in a angry tone
"What mommy it's true I don't have friends because of him"Elle said
"Well we are your friends"Jake said as he grabbed Elle from my hands
"Really?!" Elle said
"Yeah really"Jake said as he sat her on his lap
"Mommy I made new friends jakey and Anthony and kade"Elle said in excitement
"Yeah I see baby"I said
"Well we have to go"Jake said as he saw his phone with a worried kinda face
"Wait you are also gonna leave me?" Elle said
"No sweetie we have some work to do you can come to my home tomorrow if your mommy says"Jake said
"I would love to come but" "oh no buts mommy I want to see jakey tomorrow please" I said I was cut-off by Elle
"ok we will come but only if you behavior is good"I said
"Ok mommy I will behave YAY I will go to my new friends home tomorrow I'm so excited"Elle said as she hugged Jake
"So here" Jake said as he gave me a piece of paper with his number and a 100 bucks
"Wait what's this?!"I said
"What? That's my number I mean duh"Jake said
"No no what's this"I said as I hold up the 100 dollar bill
"It's a little gift to my new best friend"Jake said
"But ain't this to much Jake?" I said
"No it isn't now see you tomorrow angel" he said as he kissed my cheek and walked out with the bill for his food on the table
"Well see you tomorrow" I whisper as I continue to work and keep the money he gave me in my pocket
*4 hours later*
It was nearly the time for me and Elle to go as it was 9pm Elle was passed out and I cared her home as I walked in I didn't expect this I saw Blake and.....
