Nate's POV:
When she responded to Dani even when I tried to by her attention it was the last straw. I'm going to tell her how I feel. How will she react? Will she be happy or freaked out like shit? What will I say? Walking up the stairs is like walking to my death, I knew that if Dani found out, he wouldn't be very happy. Her door was the nearest the stairs, I knocked softly just in case she was asleep.
"Come in!"
I walked in as she was sat cross-legged on her bed with a huge drawing pad on her lap and a pencil in her hand, most likely what Sam had bought her, she was drawing Dani, I couldn't let the jealousy take me over simply because I was amazed, she was really good! She only had a pencil so she had to shade his darker areas, but she was still so good!
"Hey, what's wrong?" She looked up from her drawing and at me, her smile was beautiful.
"I was just seeing if you were okay?" I lied.
"Uuhh, I'm fine now, honestly, thanks for asking." She stood up from her bed and walked over to her desk which Sam had also bought for her, he got all his money from collecting the package... She placed her drawing face down and she put her pencil on top. Just as she was about to walk away I grabbed her wrists.
"Um, What are you doing?" She looked up at me.
"I need to tell you something." I let go of her because I realised I was grabbing her too hard.
She walked over to her whiteboard and wrote something on it, I couldn't really tell what she was writing because to be honest, she was a pretty scruffy writer.
I walked over to her and grabbed her waist to spin her around, she had her back against the wall and I put one of my arms on the wall and with the other one I cupped her face.
"Nate, what the fuck are-"
"I love you Katie." I slammed my lips onto hers and it felt good, her lips were so warm and soft... She put her hands on my chest and pushed me away.
"What the hell Nate." She slapped me across my cheek and ducked under my arms and out of her door.
I did it, I told her I loved her, but kissing her was maybe a step too far.
