I am currently in the process of rewriting the chapters to this book. This means that in the next few weeks, I will be posting the chapters that I've rewritten, and deleting the old ones. Once that is done, I will be continuing this book until it is finished; I would recommend rereading the chapters I rewrite though, because I will be adding to the chapters, thus making them longer, as I am strongly dissatisfied with what I've written in the past.
Thank you all for your patience; I realize some of you have been waiting for a long time and that I've let you down when I didn't come through, but I will make it up to you by finally finishing this book, however long it may take.
