Hayes: Hey, sis.
¬He runs up to your side and you smile at him.
Y/N: Wassup?
Hayes: I just wanted to make sure you were okay. Matt was gonna come out here, but he knew it'd just cause problems.
Y/N: Bruh, what's up with him? I mean, neither one of us likes each other, yet he just took up for me.
Hayes: I don't know. I mean, maybe he just wants to be friends.
Y/N: Except not. I mean, forreal, have you not seen us fight? And I bet he called me names after I walked out.
Hayes: No. He didn't. He just shook his head and walked into the kitchen.
Y/N: Mmm.
Hayes: Yeah. I mean, I'm not trying to make you mad, but maybe you should go a little easier on him. Y/n, he actually looked hurt.
¬You stop and turn to face Hayes.
Y/N: Did he or anyone else set you up to do this?
Hayes: Nah.
¬You just shrug and start walking back to the house, Hayes following behind you. It's silent until you open the door. Matt was laughing, but when he sees you, he rolls his eyes. You just shake your head and walk upstairs to your room. Five minutes later, someone knocks at the door and steps inside.
