Chapter 9 : Christian Hast

I did it! I really did it!

When I went to the counter, Malik-san was talking with another adventurer so I sit down at the nearby table and wait patiently until they finished their business.

"Yes, I want to take the Calhea request. I'm planning to leave in 3 days, please help me with the administration work."

"Ah if it's Chris then it's no problem! Please take out your guild card."

Apparently the male adventurer is going to take a quest, I know it because he's taking his card out. I continue to observe quietly while waiting for my turn.

I think he's around 30 years old? He looks taller than Malik-san but not by much so he's probably 2m. He has two swords on his back, a two-handed warrior huh. At the first sight his hair looks black but when I take a closer look it's actually dark blue. It's so fluffy and has slight perm, his hair looks really stylish.

He has long half bangs on his left eye with a tear drop mark. His droopy eyes is pretty too, it's purple. He has high nose bridge and plump lips. Somehow, this man leaks erotic pheromones!

"Ren? What's wrong? Do you need something?"

Malik-san suddenly calls out to me. I was too enraptured by the man that I didn't realize I had been staring at them blatantly! Both of them are looking at me now!

Feeling embarrassed, I stumble my way to Malik-san.

"Umm, Tord-san told me about Calhea request and I planned on taking it.."

"Really? Well I just happened to take the same request as well. Do you want to go together with me?"

Oh, this guy looks strong, Malik-san might approve him, no wait! Even when there was strong looking guy, Malik-san also rejected them because they had ulterior motives!

"Hmm, I think it's good for you to experience different kind of quest. Okay, go for it, Ren."

It went easier than I expected. I didn't have to persuade him at all.

"Chris, this is Len, he is an otherworlder and also my son. He has high amount of magical power but his only forte is support magic. Would you mind escorting Ren there? It's fine if you guys go on your own ways when you reach Calhea."

"Ah, the infamous son. Sure, I don't mind."

Oh so we're going to travel back and forth together. The sexy man (Chris?) easily accept Malik-san's request.

"Nice to meet you, my name is Christian Hast. Please call me Chris. Once again I will ask you, would you like to go to Calhea together with me?"

"Nice to meet you, I'm Ren Himukya Cleva. Please call me Ren.Of course, but since I'm an otherworlder, there's a lot of things that I don't understand, I'm more than happy to receive your guidance."

We introduced ourselves.

But really this person, even his voice is so soft and sweet. I feel like I'm going to be swept up by his sexy pheromones.

"What a well mannered child. Shall we have a seat and have a small talk?"

"Okay."

Chris-san pulls me to the nearest table. The way he did it was so smooth, I'm sure he is the popular type.

"I plan on leaving in 3 days by horse. What about you, Ren-chan? Are you going to rent a horse as well?"
