Once I got home after the run, -and bumping into Annalise- , I headed upstairs to take a shower. I was sweaty from running, and a little dirty. I walked into the bathroom, which connected to my bedroom, and turned the shower tap on. Then I stripped off my clothes and climbed in. 

I couldn't get Annalise off my mind. I tried singing a tune in my head or trying to distract myself, but it wouldn't work. She looked so beautiful , standing infront of my wolf, in the woods. I couldn't get the image of her standing there in the rain, her hair wet and dripping with water, out of my head. 

As I climbed out the shower, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. My eyes had turned black, with lust. 

I wanted Annalise so badly, but I couldn't understand why.

Annalise

My 'loving mother' burst into my room this morning, at 5:32 , and asked me if I could go to the grocery store. I heaved myself out of bed, and quickly got changed. I put my hair up in a ponytail, not bothering to brush it, and I decided to leave my makeup off for today. 

I grabbed my bag off the chair, which had my purse, phone and pepper spray inside, then walked downstairs, and into the kitchen. 

Once I got into the kitchen, mum gave me a shopping list, and a quick kiss on the cheek. I shoved the piece of paper down into my pocket, and headed out of the house, and into the garage. I grabbed my car keys from my other pocket, hitting the unlock button on the key. The car beeped, signalling it was  unlocked, and I climbed in and quickly sped off. 

The grocery store was only 10 minutes away, so I was able to get there quickly. The car park was empty, except for a large pick up truck and a porsche. 

I grabbed a basket from the pile outside the stores door, then headed in. I took out the shopping list that was scrunched up in my pocket, and smoothed it out on my hand. First, I had to get bread. 

I moved through the aisles, looking for the bread section. Once I was there, I grabbed a loaf of white bread, and placed it in the basket. I looked down at the list, the next item saying eggs. Moving down the same aisle as the bread, I found the eggs section. As I was reaching for a pack of eggs at the top of the shelf (because thats where the uncracked ones are) another large hand reached for it at the same time, and our hands brushed together, giving me tingles down my arm. ( A/N ik this is so cliche but I love cliche :') ) I quickly pulled my hand away, looking up at the man. 

"Annalise?" He spoke. 

I glanced up at his face, and realised it was the new boy. But there was something familiar about his face, especially his eyes..

"Damon." When I said his name, he seemed to shudder slightly, and I swear to god his eyes went a darker shade of green.  "grocery shopping?" I asked, shaking my head slightly. I was just going to ignore that for now. 

"Yeah, I live alone so I have to." He chuckled, scratching the back of his neck. 

Damn, when he did that he looked so hot. Not that he didn't look hot already..

what am I thinking? I just met the boy and i'm already calling him hot.

so sorry i had to leave it there. I know its really short, but I literaly have had the worst writers block for the past couple of weeks!! eurgh

i hope you guys havn't stopped reading though, i know im asking for too much and im so bad at posting updates, but stay with me folks :')
