I held on tightly to my backpack as I hopped on the school bus and quickly ran to the back to find a seat. I sat next to a girl who had light brown hair "hello" I said in a friendly manner "I'm jack" she then mumbled "hi I'm Becky" and then she turned back to the book she was reading. I couldn't really see what she was reading but I saw something about Minecraft "hey like Minecraft ?" I asked, she nodded "yeah although I've don't play much it's definitely my favourite game" she said not lifting her head from the book "maybe someday we could play together?" I said twiddling my thumbs "sure my username is beckyshroom" she replied and gave me her number .

Lunch. I walked over to an empty table and started to eat when I saw my good pal Callum walking towards me " eyyyy jack" he said as he sat down "eyyyyyy Callum" I replied "sooooooo who's the girl?" Callum asked me as he gestured over his shoulder towards Becky "oh um well..." I started "say no more my friend you have a crush on her!" He interrupted me "what no! Dude!" I said trying to convince him "yeah yeah whatever you say buddy" he replied rolling his eyes and punching my arm in a playful manner "but hey if you need advise you know where to come" he whispered and winked

I shoved my backpack in my locker and tried to lock it when somebody came up Behind the door and slammed it "hey jack" it was Becky "hi Becky" I replied
" so you were talking about us playing Minecraft sometime?" She said "oh yeah I was thinking maybe later" I mumbled "sure I'll text you?" She said and walked off with Jess and Lizzie

Okay so right now me Lizzie and Jess are at my house trying to figure out what I should wear to go to jacks
