The next day they were all ready to get back to work.They were for sure nervous but they knew that this was their one opportunity to get to where they have always wanted to be.
Vinnie woke up at 5am,she took a shower,did her praying ritual for good luck,she changed her clothes and she made sure they were really comfortable because it was her first day at work and she wanted to give her best,and then she woke Ananya up "Ananya,girl wake up.We have work.I can't imagine I am finally saying that."
"It's so cold.I can't work in these conditions.I am not coming out of this bed until the sun is up"
"Ananya come on,it's out first day,we can't get late...Aniiii" well at least we can say that she has tried.She thought she would let her sleep for some more time and she would wake her up after having breakfast.
While Vinnie was at the restaurant having her breakfast,Suresh passed by the girls room and he thought he would check if they were awake yet.He kept knocking on the door in a very rough and noisy way and when no one opened it for him,he called Vinnie and he was glad that she actually answered "Oh Hi Vinnie,you are awake" he said across the phone while making his way to the elevator "Yeah,I am up.Good morning" she replied
"Well just wanted to check on both of you before I make it to the restaurant" he stated
"Well Ananya is actually still asleep.She wouldn't wake up because it was too cold for her to stand out of the bed before the sun was up" she said giggling at how childish and cute Ananya's thoughts are
"Really?I knocked at your door really hard and she didn't open it for me.Is she okay?" he asked really worried because he clearly doesn't know her
"No don't worry.That's very normal,her sleep is quite deeper than ours because that's her favouritething to do " she chuckled
"Oh okay then.I am coming.See you" and they ended the call.
He kept walking towards the elevator processing what Vinnie said and then he thought that if Ananya loves sleeping so much and that's what she wants to do right now,then it's a good opportunity to annoy her by actually waking her up,because that became his favourite thint to do.
He went back to the girls room and started knocking and calling Ananya even if she wouldn't pick up,he just wanted her to hear the phone ring and be disturbed by it.He kept doing it until she finally woke up
"Whoever is on that door,you are dead.Do you hear me?YOU ARE DEAD" she yelled while making her way to the door
She opened it and there was Suresh laughing his heart out at how messy her hair was and how puffy her eyes were
"What are you laughing at?" She yelled,and when he didn't answer she grabbed him by the throat and made him enter the room then she pushed him all the way to the bed,and when he fell on it she sat on top of him and start pushing him on his shoulders and chest and slapping him on the face while yelling "What were you thinking when you were knocking on that door?Huh?How dare you wake me up in that way.Plus why do you even have my number?Where is your phone?I am going to delete it so you don't call me in the morning again" she continued yelling while he was still laughing and when she started looking for the phone in his pockets,he flipped her around and now he was on top of her,he stared at how adorable she was looking while she kept trying to get him off her by pushing him with her legs
"It's our first day. This is what you have always wanted to do,and getting late won't help.So just get up,and come downstairs,show everyone why you actually came here.After all it's not a vacation you sleepy head" he finally managed to say when he could control her
That didn't come out in a rude way,it was more like a motivation and advice someone who really cares about you would give you,hearing his words made her think that he was right and she hated that because they got used to teasing each other without surrendering and to make it look like she didn't care about what he said she threw a shoe at him playfully asking him to leave the room,once he did she got ready and joined them for breakfast.
