toni's pov
after a long drive , i arrived at pops . i parked my motor bike and sat in the parking lot to wait for cheryl . i checked my phone . impatiently waiting for her to arrive .
out the corner of my eye , i see a red thunderbird slowly pull in to the spot beside me . i got off of my motorbike to open her door .
she got out of her car and smiled at me .
"you're so nice . thanks tt !" she exclaimed . she closed the door to her car ; gave me a hug and we started to walk in .
"you're welcome ."
while she found us a booth i ordered us some food . after i put our orders in , i sat across from her in our booth .
"why won't you sit by me tt?" she made a sad at me then smiled .
"okay okay ." i slid into the booth beside her . she immediately scooted closer to me and laid onto my shoulder . "you know this reminds me of when we were little ."
"yes when we used to sleep over at each other's houses . i have missed that ." i looked down at her and she looked up at me .
she stared at me and i did the same . i slowly lowered my face and tried to meet her lips . unfortunately we were interrupted by hermionie .
"hey girls ! nice to see you again . here's your food and i hope you enjoy ! would you like anything else ?"
i looked at cheryl to see if she wanted anything but she looked extremely mad and also embarrassed .
"no mrs lodge . that will be all thank you ." i shot her a smile and she walked away . we both opened our napkins and took out our silverware .
she sighed and said "i love hermione but she always shows up at the wrong times ."
"oh really ? what makes you say that ?" i grinned .
she rolled her eyes at me and scoffed . "tt don't make me say it ."
"don't make you say what ?" i smiled and bit the side of my lower lip . it was killing her . i laughed in amusement .
"not funny toni ." she stopped eating and looked at me with a serious face .
i swear when she calls me toni something special happens . "oh we are on first name basis now ? okay . well then tell me why it isn't funny cheryl ."
she grabbed my face and kissed me slowly . she pulled away and we were 2cm away from each other . i opened my eyes but she had hers still closed .
"toni i have to go ." she said with her eyes closed together tightly .
"why?"
"just get up please ."
i got up and she slid out of the booth . i helped her grab her things and she headed out the door .
"thank you for meeting me cher ." i put her things in the backseat and closed her door .
"no thank you tiny ." she cranked up her car and sped off . i cranked up my motorbike , but my helmet on , and did the same thing .
