Chapter 10
Erins POV-
Liam said pretty much the same thing Britney said. I wish it could be that easy though. I'm not going back to London though and I don't think it would be smart to go back to Harry. People change and time can't heal everything. I woke up the next day feeling something that I haven't felt in a while. Happy. I got dressed and went out for some shopping. Shit, I forgot Harry told the fans about us. A group of girls came up to me and asked for a picture. "What happened to your stomach?" one of the girls asked. I told her that I had a miscarriage and the girl broke down in tears. "Did you and Harry break up?" another one asked. I nodded. "Yes, I broke up with him." I said. She nodded. "Harry told us that you can sing." one said. I smile. "Yeah a little but I'm sorry I have to go." I said back. I watched the girls nod and they began to walk away. Their fans were really nice and they made me start thinking again. I need to do something with my life.
I put on a pair of skinny jeans and I green top. I walked over to my mirror and
fixed my hair. I already had kinda curly hair so I decided to leave it. Who do I
have to impress? I slipped on my black heels and grabbed my keys. I planned on
having another day to myself. I was going to find my own place and job hunting.
I had my music degree how hard could it be?
After two hours I was already annoyed. I walked into a small cafe and sat down.
There was only about four people in the cafe. A girl, me and two guys. The girl
looked very familiar so I stared at her a bit longer. "Kitana?" I asked. The
girls head shot up and she looked over at me. "Erin?" she asked standing up. I
nodded and Kitana walked over at sat down across from me.
"What are you doing in New York?" I asked. "I came to talk to you." she said.
"Well there isn't much to talk about." I said. Kitana rolled her eyes. "You
break up with Harry and move back to New York and you think there's nothing to
talk about?" Kitana asked. I shrugged my shoulders. "Things between Harry and I
aren't working and I wanted to come back home and just start over." I said.
Kitana took a sip of her drink. "Do you honestly think leaving would fix
things?" she asked. I nodded. "I can't be with him anymore. I need to sort out
my life." I said. Kitana nodded.
"So you're not coming back to London?" Kitana asked grabbing her jacket. I shook
my head. "No. I'm not getting back together with Harry. We're better off as
friends." I said. Kitana pouted. "I'm going to miss you." she said. I gave
Kitana a hug. "We'll still be able to talk." I said. "I know but it's not the
same." she said. I smiled. I was going to miss her too. We said our final good
byes and walked off in opposite directions. I pulled the sides of my jacket
close together and kept my head down low as I walked back to my car. For some
reason it felt like that was the last time I'd talk to Kitana and sadly I was
