It's been about a week since the whole incident with Nash finding out that I liked him. I've kinda been ignoring Nash since then, Yeah I feel really bad but I just cant get myself to talk to him. Over the past week I've started to talk to my friend, also my brothers friend, Matthew Espinosa. We've hung out a couple of time and He introduced me to one of his really close friends, Elizabeth. Elizabeth and I got along great, We literally love the same things. I have been talking to Marissa but I found out she could be a total bitch, Did I tell you here and Cam started dating, But continuing she flipped out on me for fooling around with Cam. I mean I understand but he is my best friend. But that relationship didn't last long at all, Cam ended up finding Marissa making out with another guy. He wasn't really hurt but he was pretty upset but he is over it now. Wow, I just realized how much has gone on in a week. At the moment though I am actually supposed to be getting ready to go to lunch with Matt, Cam, Taylor, Liz, and a few of Liz's friends.
"I should probably get ready" I mumble to myself as I play on my Iphone. I stand up and I make my way to the bathroom, turning on the warm water. I strip out of my comfortable clothes and I step into the shower, Sighing happily as the warm water hits my skin. I wash my hair with my strawberry scented shampoo and I soap up with my Vanilla scented body wash, I rinse off hopping out of the warm shower soon regretting it. I shiver as I wrap the big towel around my tiny body, I walk out of the bathroom and I go straight to my closet searching for an outfit. Finally, I find a super simple outfit since you know I'm simple. I laugh at myself and I quickly get changed into the outfit, I pull out my penny board from under the bed and I sling my backpack over my shoulder. I slip my phone into my back pocket and I sprint downstairs to where everyone is waiting.
"Sorry, I was on my phone and then I took a shower and yeah." I explain.
They all laugh, "Its fine."
I nod, smiling "LETTSS GOOO!" Taylor, Like always, Screams running out the door.
I laugh along with everyone else as we all walk out of my door.
Finally, After a stop at the pet shop we walked by and a stop at an ice cream shop we get to the restaurant we're eating lunch at. As we walk in they take us to our table immediately, We all sit at one huge table, Me next to Cam and an empty seat. Taylor next to Liz's friend, Taylor, and Matt. Matt is next to Liz and her friend, Julieann.
"Hey Nash is finally here." I hear Matt say making me jolt my head in the other direction, I look wide eyed at him. We both make eye contact and I look down at my lap, I see he is walking toawards the empty seat next to me, This is going to be so awkward. I bite my lip and I feel a hand slip into mine, making me look up at Cam. He gives my hand a reassuring squeeze and I smile slightly.
"Tess.." Nash pokes me making me look at him.
"Huh?" I barely whisper.
"Can I talk to you? In private?" He asks.
I bite my lip and I nod slighty, "Yeah.."
We both stand up, having everyone stare at us. "Uhm..We'll be back.." I mumble, awkwardly. Nash nods and grabs my hand, walking me out of the building and into the warm air outside.
"Tess...Why haven't you been answering my texts or anything lately.."
"Because.."
"Because why?"
I finally let it all out, "Beacause, I really like you Nash. When you heard me tell my brother that I felt so awkward and I felt like you thought I was a freak and would make fun of me. Plus, You have a girlfriend so I don't want to interfear with your relationship. That's why I've been ignoring you Nash..."
"Tess..." He pauses, "First, I don't have a girlfriend. And second I really like you too."
"Wait..What? First, If you don't have a girlfriend..Who is bridget and second, You do?"
He smiles and nods, "Yeah, I like you Tess. And Bridget is my Ex who is always calling and annoying me."
I nod, "Oh.." I mumble feeling kinda stupid.
"But, Anyways I need to ask you something.." I nod, signaling for him to continue. "I really like you so would you like to be my girlfriend?"
I smile really wide and I nod, "Yeah!" He smiles super duper wide and wraps his arms around my waist, spinning me. We both lean in kissing each others lips, Immediately feeling sparks. We pull away when we hear a huge awe, "Oh my god! Sorry did I ruin the moment."
I literally scream when I hear the voice, I notice its one of my best friends that I met when I went on a trip to Texas. I run to her and I hug her as tight as possible, "I missed you!" I exclaim.
"I missed you too, Chica!" She hugs back.
"Wait, I'm confused. Who's this?" Nash asks.
"This is my best friend, Hannah Douglas."
