No Longer Prey

Chapter 1

The sun is high, the sky is clear, it is now a perfect time for the hunt. A group of human hunters ran quick in the forest floor, one boy, two girls, no sound could be heard not even their footsteps. They were heading to one of their clan's hunting grounds when one of them suddenly stop, she look up in the sky, her eyes wide behind the mask she wore.

"A ship is falling!" She then pointed up the sky, they all look up and saw the ship that is falling, one of them use his mask to zoom in closer to see which clan it belonged to.

"There are no markings indicating which clan it belongs to, the markings that I see are foreign." He was analyzing the ship as it falls from the sky.

"We must follow it and see where it lands, it is in our clans territory after all." They all agreed and followed the falling ship.

They followed it for many hours till the sun was now falling, the ship has now crashed and left a large streak on the forest floor, the three hunters stop and kept there distance.

"I'll go first, you two follow me and ready your blades." They nodded and proceeded with caution, it was silent no sound could be heard.

They were already 8 feet away from it when the back of the ship suddenly opened spewing mist into the forest, they ready their blades when they saw a figure appear in the mist, out came a humanoid figure soak in green liquid, it limped out the ship by a few feet and then suddenly collapse.

They move closer to the creature, their blades ready, they look upon it and saw that it was badly injured, it had large gash from his chest to his stomach, its face was hidden by a mask, it had dreadlocks with metal bands, a brownish scaly skin that was littered with bruises, and was about 7 and half feet tall with all muscles, the creature to them was new and it seems to be a strong one to, all three already know the beasts and creatures that lurks on earth for it was already taught to them at a young age so that they will be ready for the outside world.

"Do you know what it is sister?" She shook her head saying no, not even knowing what it was to begin with.

"I do not know what it is but we must not leave it here, it will die." She look around, looking for any signs of danger "I think it is a he, and yes, we will take him back to the village." They look at boy hunter and he nodded.

"By the looks of it he will be hard to carry, can you call your beast my hunt sister." She nodded and took out her whistle from her belt, she blew her whistle and it created a high pitch that only a certain beast could hear.

Not a moment later, a giant creature came, it had the look and shape of a horse but much more bigger, the skin color was bluish with a hint of green, its eyes a big black color no pupil can be seen and its tail and mane is still like a horse, its front and hind legs look strong and can easily kill someone with just one kick.

"Vormir, I want you to take this creature back to village with my sister and be quick for we don't have much time." She said to the beast while boy and the other girl put the creature on its back, the beast neighed and grunt "Good boy." She thenpetted his nose.

"Go with Vormir my hunt sister, and tend to his wounds we must not let him die." "Understood sister." She bowed her head and whistled to Vormir "Come Vormir, we must not waste time." And with that she sprinted into the forest the beast behind her going back to their village.

"Shall we look inside his ship brother?" She asked "No, we must not, it is disrespectful to go to someone's ship without their permission." "Then how shall we hide this then?" She ask while gesturing to the ship.

The boy went to the ship and pulled out something from his belt "It may not hide it but it will protect it." He put down a disk shape device on the floor, he back away from the ship his hunt sister following him, once there was enough distance, he push a button on his belt and it activated the device.

It created a large barrier that covered the ship it is see through but it is still a strong barrier "Now it is protected, we must go now and help our sister tend to his wounds." She nodded and followed him back to the village.

By the time they get their it was already night and not many were up, they went to the direction where the house of their sister would be, all of the houses were made from strong minerals that can withstand almost anything, they went to house but instead of meeting their sister they met the  council of elders from their clan, all ten of them, 6 men and 4 women, they bowed their heads to show their respect.

One of the female elders walk up to them, she was 6 and a half feet tall, an hour glass shape figure, her hair black with brown tips that reach her back, and her skin was tanned, she was wearing armor that covered her shoulders, breast, legs and her private part with her cape that signifies that she is an elder but what stands out the most was her golden brown eyes.

"Can one of you explain why there is a yautja in your hunt sisters home?" She ask, her voice soft but with authority "We found him on his ship that has crash landed and he is badly injured, we didn't want him to die so we took him here to take care of him, we figured that since he has landed in our territory that he will be our responsibility, we will be the one who will take care of him and he will be mine and my hunt sisters responsibility, Elder Terra." Said the boy.

She look at him and his hunt sister and then she purred "Well done young warriors, you have shown a good heart to this being, I give you my respect for that." She was pleased on what they did to the yautja and smiled to them, they both look up and saw that all of the elders were pleased with them "He will be your responsibility now, once he wakes up show him to us and we will help him repair his ship." They both bowed to the elder and said their thanks, and with that the elders went back to their own homes.

The two went in to their hunt sisters house and saw her bandaging the wound of the creature, their hunt sister look up when she heard someone enter her home "How is he, sister?" Ask her hunt brother, she then went back to bandaging the injured yautja "He will live, it is a good thing that we followed his ship or else he would have died."

She finished bandaging, and left him to rest "The elders called him a yautja, it seems like we have a history with his kind." "Do you think so? But never mind that, we must now take care of him until he is fully healed."

"Can he understand us? I mean he is an alien from space." Said one of his hunt sisters, hoping to find a way to communicate with the yautja.

"I think we will find a way for us to communicate to him, but now, we must wait for him to wake up, it is already night time, we will leave him here with you and your care for now." They bowed their heads to their hunt sister and went back to their own homes.

Their hunt sister took out a large fur blanket and put it over the yautja, she check his bandages to see if it was okay and it was, once she saw that he was going to have no trouble, she went into her room to get some sleep for tomorrow, they now hope for the best and now they wait for what tomorrow has install for them and especially the yautja.
