"Cherished Passion" Kurapika X Reader One Shots

Our Lazy Sunday

It was a warm afternoon for the both of you inside on one roof. You were having a moment yourself writing notes for your requirements now that you're a moved up senior student gotta be hardworking as ever since appointments have gotten more serious for you.

On the other hand the young adult blonde lover of yours was at his own personal business with his laptop doing files for his report, until tomorrow's work.

Things were quite silent in today's Sunday afternoon.

You tilted the joint of your nape creating a slight cracked sound, seemingly you're already tired and got bored of writing important outlines on your notebook, unexpectedly your hands could manage by how fast your writings were like the half of your notebook was filled with notes back to back pages of it.

As you placed your pen aside the counter desk and released a sigh under your breath, stretching your arms forward together then cracking your knuckles at the same time to produce more kinetic movement waking up it's nerves.

You proceed at going to your boyfriend's side and stood behind him holding the back of the chair with your left hand, while the other securing his board shoulder.

"Wanna do something? We should stop our main duties and rest for the mean time." You started looking at the screen on your lover's laptop.

"Just a little bit of organizing..." He said without looking at you, but he could feel your presence.

"You can save it for later Kurapika." you smiled, leaning receiving a kiss at his temple.

He just sighed in exasperation, chuckling. "If you say so..." he shifted his hand on the mouse and saved his document file showing on the screen.

"Do you have something in mind? Any plans?" He turned his head at you.

"Rest of course or....umm either do something relaxing for awhile. Since, you've got your eyes glued on the laptop for 4 hours straight and aren't your eyes getting blurry or even twitched from the gadget's glow radiance? It might affect your eyes..." You stated.

"I'm careful, you don't need to be concerned. However, thanks. Oh well, if you don't have any plans in mind. Then, why don't you prepare us some tea in exchange?" You nodded, obeying the Kurta's order. In a thought you would also like some tea to soothe up your limbs while have a moment with your boyfriend.

Your boyfriend Kurapika, followed you towards the kitchen preparing the tea bags also the kettle for the water to boil it hot. You fetched two mugs for the both of you as you grabbed the kettle settling the water inside after you put it aside to boil in a minute.

"(Y/n), honey for sweetening the usual?" Asked Kurapika who was about to reached the bottle of honey above the cover shelf.

"Yes, please." You replied.

Kurapika picked up the bottle of honey from the cover and placed on the marbled table. When the kettle steams, you instantly go to the table where the two mugs were placed and poured the hot steaming water before putting the two tea bags over.

Your boyfriend adds one spoonful of honey on your mug then his, stirring it.

After that, the two of you enjoyed sitting on a long sofa cuddling each other's arms while sipping a cup of tea in the living room.

Kurapika was leaning at the sofa's soft textured foam or maybe cushion felt behind him as he let you leaned on his board chest holding your mug staring at the sunny view on a huge wide glass window appeared in front seeing the tall buildings of York New.

Random thoughts sprinted onto your mind and suddenly let out a soft giggle, which made your Kurtan lover noticed and looked at you questionably.

"What's funny? (Y/n)?" He voiced was above your head like it was vibrating, you could tell he was leaning his chin on top of your head a moment too soon.

"Nothing at all..." You paused smiling at the horizon then changing your direct at him, "I was just thinking that it's pleasant we could enjoy this lazy Sunday, cuddling with a lover and having random short talks for awhile erasing all the stress, don't you think?"

He smiled back not sure of what he is about to say, but he planted a peck on your forehead leaning closely as he snuzzled your nose.

"Maybe you're right, even though you don't have ideal plans today. I guess nothing can break our lazy boredom with a special someone right here who could kill a spare time relaxing, no?" He chuckled.

You placed the mug on the counter desk and positioned yourself to sit over Kurapika's lap as he wrapped his arms on your waist securely, your hands both cupping his cheeks smiling. Kurapika loves this bond of affection you have on him, at least he has time to spend with you on littlest occasions.

The blonde lovingly stares at your (e/c) eyes deeply, returning the smile you had.

"Something in mind?" He smirked teasingly.

"Nope." You simply respond shaking your head.

He chuckled, "Really now?"

You reached out your hand to his blond bangs of his playing the ends and gently stroking it as you ran your lover's bangs upwards, leaning your lips closer to his wide forehead placing a soft tender kiss on.

His eyes widened, but let it since he would thought it's a light feeling to have.

"Random are we?" He trailed his fingers on your hair tucking it behind your ear and his face came closer to yours, until your lips met with his kissing you lovingly tender not breaking the kiss.

Your arms wrapped around his neck your hands travelling to his shoulder length blonde hair ruffling.

Due to tend of oxygen your kisses with him became passionate the both of you pulled away, slightly panting. Kurapika's forehead touched yours as he stares at your eyes....

"I'll keep loving this lazy Sunday with you more, (Y/n)...I love you." He let out his three words under his breath.

"Likewise, Kurapika...I love you too."

With that, the two of you continued to enjoy your peaceful and pleasant quiet moments sitting and cuddling right on a spot of tea in this clear Sunday afternoon.

Heyaaa!!! I've decided this one shot for as long as I could remember and besides this is for Kurapikachu fans out there like myself! I don't wanna make this message as long possibly.
