My current weight is 115 lbs.
I'm setting myself a 60 days challenge.

No candy
No process food
At least 30 minutes of workout a day
Walking instead of driving
Drink at least 1,5 liters of water a day
Not eat anything after 6pm

Ps: I'm not a professional fitness trainer, so don't take this as a good advise or something like that. Those are the things I'm trying to do. Remember everyone's different and beautiful, I just want to feel a little more confident ;)
