Chapter 1:Late for work

Bliss (pov)

I awoke to the beautiful ray of sunlight shining through my rooms, crap today is Monday I hate Mondays I checked the time on the night stand 8:10 shit am late for work Mr May don't tolerate late coming.

I rushed into the bathroom and had a quick shower I put on my clothes.

I was wearing a black jeans and red tank top with my jacket I tied my hair in a messy ponytail I didn't wait to eat breakfast.

So I ignored the continous shout of my best friend Sheal.

Sheal was my best friend she was there for me when mom and dad died I was so devastated by losing my parents in car crash

*flashback*3 years ago.

Bliss me and your dad are going out for a while we will be back in the evening OK.

OK mom love you and don't forget to bring me one of those McDonald OK.

Yeah see you in the evening love you too darling mom said.

It was getting dark and mom and dad wasn't back yet maybe they are still enjoying their date.

I tried calling mom but her phone couldn't be reached I also called dad but it was the same thing I started getting worried about them they said that they will be back in the evening I checked the time and it was 9:15 I was beginning to get restless they were not picking up so I decided to sleep maybe they will be coming home late.

Siren.. siren siren. The noise woke me up and it was a police car approaching our house I quickly stood up and ran outside.

A police officer was there what's going on why was police in our house?
