You had woken up feeling like you've been thrown around like a ragdoll. When you push yourself off the floor, feeling your body sore from earlier. You see that the sun is nearly all the way down and admire the orange and purple combining in harmony. You look over your bed you headed over to check if the poor bastard is still alive. Yes he is alive and his pulse is stronger than before. You sigh in relief. The air is still and you feel this unexplainable feeling of comfort that he is here. Even if he is a huge dick face its nice to have another breathing thing to have here intead of spending so many lonely nights in your empty house. You dismissed the thought as you do not want to bring up thoughts like that.
You go see the damage around the house and there is sand everywhere along with blood here and there. You go back upstairs and get comfy pajama bottoms and a blue top. You also get a towel and head for the shower. It gave you lots of time to think about everything you've just experienced. After that you go downstairs and set everything up in the coffee maker. You take a moment to enjoy the delicious aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Right when you feel like your starting to relax, you look towards the window near your front door. You then realized what you had forgotten to get. You walk onto the cold sand hoping it had not washed away. You grab his sandy clothes and throw them in the washer, not bothering to turn it on. You prepare your coffee and go back to your room. You placed the coffee on your desk and went to go examine him. Curiosity is a bitch but you couldnt help but to wonder.
After examining and taking off his many rings you went to go look at his stitches. You would say you did a pretty good job; having no experience that is. Your eye hooked on something that was on the side of his torso. You lifted up his shirt more and studied what looked like scars and found the same thing on the opposite side. Then your eyes went down to his pelvis area... and did a hard u-turn to his face. Now this was a sight to behold. He had fins covering the whole edge of his ear that seem to move like regular fins. Not to mention he had gills which totally amazed you. You touched his grey skin on his cheek and felt human like and past his lips were pointed teeth. As you looked at his lips he started to move them and you jumped back. Nervousness spread through your whole body as you see him slowly regain consciousness. You grabbed your coffee and pretended like you totally werent violating his body just a second ago. He looked around and got more frightened as he did. He shot up but slowly descended as he held his side, "Hey, hey, hey!! Take it easy." He looks towards you trying to understand what is happening. "Who the hell are you!! And wwhat the fuck happened to all my shit." "Listen. I just found you unconscious and helped you. Ok? And I still have all your stuff." He sat up and lifted his shirt to see the stitches on his stomach area. He looked around in panic but eventually calmed down. He sat up properly and looked up at you. "Wwell... thank you." You smiled at him. He is much more tolerable than he was the other day on the beach. "I think I have some pain killers if you want some." He looked up at you and back at the stitched up wound. "Wwell since your offerin'." You hurried towards your closet and pulled out a bottle and gave him three. You sat down with your coffee and phone in hand not wanting to acknowledge the awkwarness in the room. "It says you can take a shower in two days without messing up the stitching." You took another sip of your coffee as he nodded. "My name is (y/n) btw. Whats yours?" He pulled the blankets around him, "my name is eridan ampora and if you havven't notice I am a troll." You giggled. "Yeah, its kinda hard to mistake it with those horns on your head." He chucked but hissed as it put strain on the stitches. "So. Eridan." You said his name to test how it rolled off your lips. You kinda like the name on him, not gonna lie. " what the hell happened in the sea, I thought you fuckin commited suicide?" He looked up with a puzzled face. "No. I sorta got in a fight wwith a sea creature and stupid thing broke my wwand." You giggled again. "What is with the w's?!" You started laughing and his face seemed unamused. "I am highly dedicated to my speech just like all the great generals of my history!" Omg this self righteous piece of shit. "Ok ok, its very unique and intriguing I must say." He perked up to your comment. You stood up needing to clean and tidy everything up. "Would you like anything before I clean?" "No thanks." You smiled and bowed towards him "then I bid u a farewell." You started to go down the staird but popped your head back through the doorway, "and call if you need anything." Then went off to cleaning as you sigh, not looking foward to any of it.
After the pain of cleaning was done you went back upstairs to check on your patient. "Eridan?" You stepped in and got your first aid kit out. "I have to bandage your wound so it doesn't get infected." "Ok, but be careful. Its still hurts like hell." You helped him to sit up and sofly apologise. The closer you get to him, the more u feel embarrassed. "Can you lift up your shirt?" You can already feel your face warming up. It was much different when you did everything without someone staring at you. You slowly die inside from awkward and embarrassment while you kneel down. But on the outside manage to look calm. He jerks back and hisses as you apply the cloth. You whisper an apology and place it over the wound again. He grunts but lets you continue. You place tape around the cloth and make sure its on tight enough so it doesn't fall off. Your face is completely flushed as you stand back up. "I am 89% certain that itll be fine. But it will leave a scar." A sincere grin formed on his face and look down as if not to let you see. For the rest of the night you just order pizza for the both of you and totally passout comfortably. The lack of human interaction can make you feel lonesome and you have never noticed it. But before you can think more on this you finally slip into a dreamless slumber.
