Lance's Backstory (cause ya gotta know) also lance's P.O.V
"How long has it been, I wonder"I say to myself as a look to the familiar grey ceiling of the cell.
In this cell there are no windows unless you count the see through door that leads to an empty corridor, just a bed and a pillow and before anyone asks no blanket, they're worried I might hide something.
Ha do they really believe that they can keep me here. The only thing keeping me here is the fact that I don't know whether or not my sister is alive, okay she's not my real sister but we were so close. I just have to ask the soldier that next comes to give me food.

"Ah speak of the devil" lance said as the lights turned on outside of the cell but not enough to allow his cell with any light, he moved to a sitting position.
"Oh it you David, how's the wife"
"Good morning Subject 001. She is doing well"
"and the kids, I heard another one is on route, five months"
"how did yo- nevermind I've brought the food for to day, it the usual nutritional green goo." David said as he put the food onto the ground and pushed through the flap that enters, Lance's cell.
"Oh lucky me" Lance said with a forced grin.
"Ah, one more question David?" Lance said no longer looking at the green liquid on the ground but instead to the soldier standing up.
"Now Lance, you know the rules."
"Yes Yes, I know but just a small favour for being, so good"
"....."
"Oh come on man, just this one thing"
"Fine!"
"Thanks man I owe you one"
"It's 14 may 2024"
"WHAT!!! it been that long, well I guess Veronica is dead now." Lance said more to himself than to the confused soldier outside his cell.
"400 years huh!! Well I guess I should go see what's going on outside then." Lance said moving to stand up, rustling his anklet chaining him to the wall.
"Well David I have one thing to tell you before I go. It would probably be better to read up on my files before doing me a favour" Lance said as his eyes started to glow and the lights in the corridor started to flicker before they when out and leaving David in pitch darkness for a second before the backup generator kicks in but that's enough time for lance to wish himself away.
"THIS A CODE RED, I REPEAT A CODE READ. SUBJECT 001 HAS ESCAPED CONFINEMENT"
*alarms blaring*
"Like music to my ears" Lance smirked as walked past the sign signalling any driver they were entering area 51. Disappearing into the night.
