*8 months of them dating* Garrett p.o.v Edward told me today he has something special planned for me he invited my mom and dad they told me he asked them a serious question they accepted it Shane is coming over to record it I think I have feeling what it is already "Baby get ready where about to leave we're going to head to a restaurant with your parents my parents Shane is going to be there as well than we'll come back I'll have secret waiting for you" I nodded heading to the shower to get ready I put some black skinny jeans with gray shoes white shirt I walked into the living room where Edward was sitting texting someone he looked up at me smiled I smiled back at him "Ready baby" he said stretching his hand out to me I took it while nodding we walked out the house into the car making out to the restaurant *arriving the restaurant* We got out the car making our way to the restaurant were we met my parents the parents of Edward "Hello Mr. Mrs. rivers" I said shaking their hands they welcomed me in i quickly gave my parents a hug kiss their cheeks I said hi to Shane quickly we all sat down ordered our food after we finished eating our family Shane kept looking at Edward some type way I couldn't put my finger in it "Is there something going on that I don't know about"I said looking at them waiting for some type of answer they all shook their heads we followed my mom to her car than to my dad car than to Shane car where I saw saw Rosie and Andrew kissing Rosie Andrews lap "Stop making out start recording" Shane said shoving the camera Andrew hand He looked at me "Congratulations Garrett" "Thanks for what?"he said never mind I let it go me and Rosie kept trying to avoid eye contact I walked over to Edward he was talking to Shane He said goodbye to Shane he said he'll meet us the house I was more confused bit scared I can tell Edward was bit nervous Instead of going home straight away we went to the park walked around "Edward why are we doing the park" "I just wanna spend some time with you" *10 minutes later* We heard buzzer go off Edward phone he read he got my hand said we're heading back home *arriving home* He opened the door told me to follow the light I did he was bit far behind me I saw our family friends in line holding roses stranger recording Shane: "here you go" he said passing me the first rose I thanked him Mr. River: "Hi son" passing me the second rose I gave him small hi back Mrs. River: "this is for you son" I thanked her while getting the Third rose Andrew: "here" he said passing me the rose bit harshly Rosie just passed me the rose without looking at me or saying anything I mumbled small thanks Garrett's mom: "I'm happy for you son" she passed me the rose hugging me Garrett's dad: "I always thought you'll end up with Andrew" he said passing me the last rose Garrett kept following the lights after getting all the roses the lights lead him outside where it said "will you marry me?" Garrett gasped while covering his mouth with his hands he turned around he saw his family friends behind Edward who was bend down one knee "I know we only be dating 8 months but I wanna Marry you you're the first person I wanna see the mornings and you're the only one I wanna kiss goodnight the first time I saw those hands I couldn't imagine not being able to hold them but mainly when you love someone as much as I love you getting married is the only thing left to do so will you marry me ?" I looked over at my friends family they all kept nodding their heads I was just scared I wanted to run away I looked over at Andrew he was kissing Rosie neck I knew that me and Andrew would never be thing I don't wanna die alone I looked at the ring was feminine ring but beautiful none the less "Yes Edward I will marry you" he got up smiled at me Kissed me we heard our new family cheering the background I didn't feel sparks I didn't feel happy that I'm become 'Mr.River' this gonna be my life now Edward put the ring on me our friends running to us congratulating us Edward family was welcoming me to the family I think my dad knew I wasn't happy he was giving me his serious look Andrew was no where to be seen I didn't have time to ask if anyone seen him because Edward pulled me to his waist •••••••• Andrews p.o.v Why do I feel so shitty why did my chest hurt when Garrett said yes to Edward marriage proposal why did I let go something great like Garrett go I wiped my tears from eyes reality hit me I'm in love with Garrett I let him slip away Edward would probably treat Garrett better than I ever could "I love you Garrett river"
