Chapter 4
June 2nd
"Morning sunshine." Perrie joked, as I stomped into my kitchen, everybody was sitting at the table. I had my jaw clenched and a scowl on my face. "Yeah, it's always great to wake up to a meeting with management." I replied, sarcastically, while getting Delilah's bottle. I started to feed her. "Everything will be fine, just say exactly what you feel about her, you've only had her for a day, but you do love her, so stand up to management." Perrie said.
"They are ready for you guys."
I was dreading this to say the least. Management could be hard on us sometimes, and again, that was to say the least. I wasn't quite sure what they would say... They were always so heartless, especially of Harry and I, Larry, even though nothing was going on. Management could just about do anything, except take my little baby girl away from me.
I sighed, standing up. I kissed Dilly on her cheek and put her on my hip as we walked into their meeting room.
I was polite, but my eyes weren't. I was going to glare at them either way.
"So, who's that?" A grouchy arse lady, Francis, asked, crossing her legs when she sat down. "Her name is Delilah." I gulped, how was a forty year old woman scary to me. "And what exactly is she doing here?" She snapped. "She's my daughter, why else would she be here?" I replied.
"I don't think this is in your best interest, Louis." Another grouchy lady said. "But she's my daughter, you can't make me give her up." I said. "But I can." She smirked. "But, if you do, then I'm out." The boys jerked their heads to me. "Everybody is replaceable, Louis. We have kids like you on speed dial."
"No." A voice said, from the door. "Look, I put them together and they are doing so well, take one out, you lose one fifth of the base. Money is all you care about, right, you lose one fifth of your money. Plus, look at how adorable she is. One more person that could build this band."
"Willa, Set up an interview and photoshoot, now. Louis, make accounts for her, we'll promate her. Dan, Call Gerber baby or something that she can model for." Francis grumbled, walking out of the room. That was probably the first time management ever gave in.
"Thanks Simon." I smiled, getting up. "I heard you ever having a meeting, I just couldn't figure out about what. It's a good thing I did, Louis would have been out. Don't make calls like that, they really do have people to call." He advised, I nodded. "Won't happen again."
Katelyn's Note:Short again hehe. Sorry.
