I walk away from Aspen over to Jack and the guys, "Hey I didn't know you were giving Aspen rides now?" I just nod, "Yeah just for a month, her car got taken away for being out after curfew." Aspen's parents are protective to an extent, if they know who she's with or if she's at mine or Jack's house she's fine to be out till whenever. He nods and looks down at his shoes then we hear a quiet "Hi guys." and Jack moves aside to see his girlfriend Gabby. He smiles down at her and she turns to us, "So what're we talking about?". I look around the guys and no body says anything, "uh just the parties after the first game friday." she smiles and nods, "Oh yeah that's gonna be so fun". Don't get me wrong, I love hanging out with Gabby she's a really fun friend to have but I miss being with Aspen.
