I woke up as the sunlight hit my face. My phone pinged on the bedside table and I picked it up to see a text from my mum.
Mum: Alexis, did you get there fine?
Me: Yh mum. Also, I met this guy on the plane and he's really sweet and we decided to spend the rest of our vacation together just in case of you know creepy pervs

I scrolled through my phone trying to find the picture Mason and I took together. I sent the picture to mum.
After sending the picture to mum I looked at Jake's messages and man let me tell you they were loads of them.

Jake:Where are You?Your mum told me you went on vacation.

I was laughing at his jealousy and then texted him.
