Lucy loud has always been a quiet student at Royal Woods Elementary School and most have seen her as an easy target for bullying, however, none have dared to since the last time someone picked on her in first grade. He would call her names and sometimes take her stuff, but once her sister,Lynn, saw this she beat him up and he wasn't seen again. No one has picked on her out of fear of her sister. Well that was until a new kid joined her class...
Biff Bolivar was one of the worst bully's in his old school. Not only would he bully third graders like him but he would also bully lower and higher grades. Biff ended up getting expelled from his old school for threatening an other student with a knife. And he was somehow able to get into Royal Woods
Elementary School.
This chapter was just an introduction to the main character (Lucy) and her bully (Biff)
