Chapter 1:
I walked in the Senior restroom. I looked around. Noone. Good! I like getting dressed for cheerleading practice alone. It gives me time to think, plus if someone was in here and pissed me off, I would be in a bad mood for cheer practice. I just hated screaming at the girls just because someone pissed me off.
I decided to get dressed outside the stalls. After all it was a girls restroom. It didn't really matter, right? It was awfully silent. I quickly changed into my practice clothing. I walked towards a mirrior, trying to do my hair as fast as I can. As I picked up my brush, I glanced over at my cellphone. It was 4:45. Practice began approximately at 5:00 sharp.
Just then, I saw Julianne walk in, I hadn't notice Tanner behind her. Clearly they haven't said a word to one another. They both walked into diffrent stalls. I could hear them unzipping their cheer bags. They were probably getting changed.
I thought about talking to them when they walked out the of the stalls but, we were in no position to even look at one another without glaring. So I left.
I walked towards the gym. I noticed all the guys were starring at me. I was confused, until I noticed why. It was my practice clothes. I was wearing black and white , zebra Soffee shorts with black bikers underneath. I was also wearing a black sports bra with the letter 'MHS' on it. The initials standing for our high schools name. Midland High school. What creeps. I ignored them and kept walking.
I entered the gym, noticing all the girls on the floor stretching. Even Tanner, how'd she get here so fast? I joined them after looking at the time. 4:58. They were all here except for Julianne. I hoped she walked in before the time hit 5:01. That's on her though.
I took a while to think. 'Where did the girls get changed?' I thought to myself. Then I realized, Julianne, Tanner, Andrea and I were the only seniors on the squad. Well, Julianne, Tanner and I. Andrea's missing.
Ever since that night Andrea went missing , Julianne, Tanner and I have become enemies. Believe it or not, we used to be so close. We were practically sisters. But we hated eachother now because of that night Andrea vanished. That night... That night replays over and over in my head. How could that one night ruin our friendship? Maybe because of what we did that night? It's not important though. What's done, is done.
What we did that night...
It's so hard to forget that tragic night. Andrea was our bestfriend. How could we do that to her. How could she do that to us? We all betrayed eachother. Although what Andrea did, passed more than just the line. When you think about it though, maybe we're just as bad. We did kill her.
