"Where's your parents, Minari?" Chaeyoung asked as he enter Mina's house. Mina smiled, a thin smile.

"They're gone again, Chaeyoung-ah."

"Your brother? Where is he?"

Mina sigh and took a sit on the couch. "He's gone as well. He's with his girlfriend." Mina added.

"Uhm..." Chaeyoung nodded.

"Chaeyoung-ah, can you help me?" Mina said and Chaeyoung raised his eyebrows in confusion.

"Hm?"

"let's cook?" Mina suggested and smiled at him.

"What are we going to cook then?"

"Our favorite foods?" Mina shrugged not sure of her answer. Chaeyoung stood on the couch and smiled showing his dimple.

A smile for agreement.

"Okay." He exclaimed and tossed a thumbs up.

"Wait.." Mina said, stopping him. "What?" Chaeyoung raised his eyebrows in confusion. "I don't have the ingredients." Mina said, feeling shame.

"Haha. You'll wait here and I'm going to buy the ingredients. Okay?" Chaeyoung said, ruffling Mina's bangs.

"Can I come with you?" Mina shyly said and look down.

"Yes.. I'd love that.. Let's go?"

The two were buying the ingredients for their favorite foods.

People might mistaken that the two were a couple, the way they hold hands, the way they smile at each other, and the way they exchange sweet talks to each other.

After paying the items, Mina and Chaeyoung went home.

"we will bake this strawberry cakes first before we proceed to cook the pastas and kimbap." Mina reminded him and Chaeyoung nodded.

Soon, the strawberry cake was being baked and now they were busy putting some icing color on it.

"Mina-ri..." Chaeyoung called Mina's attention which he got her attention right away. "Yes?" Mina tilt her head and faced Chaeyoung with her eyebrows were raising.

"look." Chaeyoung showed Mina the cake with the design he make.

"Happy friendship day?" Mina asked, confused. Chaeyoung smile, a sad smile to be exact.
