A group of four close friends, all out of high school, stay in touch and live close to each other. They each have injustices done upon them or the ones they love, making them all realize just how awful their city-Crystal Cove-was being treated, cheated and mishandled. Therefore, as a quartet of justice, these four friends create their own group of heroes to fight back against the injustice, in an anarchy kind of way...
