it's been a year and some months since I've been back to that house and i don't plan on going back. i bought a new home far away from where Laurent lives. i don't care what he does at this point. we ain't married no more so now i can live my life and find somebody who is worth my time and wont put me through the bullshit Laurent put me through. i felt so hurt and disappointed. i didn't even feel like cutting up his shoes or burning his clothes. that's too easy. i really don't talk to no one except for Larry and alena. my mom only calls me when she needs money, my sister and brothers wanna kill him, my dad is going through his own shit so he calls when he can and the rest of my family is just plain negative about everything. i don't have time for none of it. everybody else is just saying i told you so. i should've known back then when Laurent got caught those two times that it would happen again but i didn't think he would really do it. right after everything went down he came to my hotel and tried to start some shit and make it seem like it was my fault. i beat the shit out of him. how dare he blame his wrong doings on me. that nigga had me fucked up for real. i can't dwell on the past though. don't get me wrong, i'm still in love with Laurent. its gonna take time for me to really get over him. i gave him everything and i lost everything because he cheated. i'm out shopping right now with my kids for some food to eat tonight.

Michael: ha ha. you look familiar. have i seen you somewhere?

Alexis: hi i'm Alexis. Laurent Bourgeois ex-wife. of Les Twins.

Michael: ah okay. i'm a huge fan of them. i'm sorry about what happened to you and with your marriage

Alexis: it's okay. that was a decade ago and i try not to bring about that situation, and my marriage was a total lie but i'm free from the drama and cheating and i can live my life.

Michael: are you doing anything Friday night?

Alexis: no i'm not. are you asking me out.

Michael: yes i am. I would love to take you out on a date.

we exchanged numbers and went on with our lives. after i left the grocery store i went home and started cooking. throughout the year Laurent has been calling and texting me and putting up post about me on Instagram. he is definitely still crying over me but its too late. i just met someone new and he should do the same. i mean Jessica is always posting pics of him like they are together and i know she sees the pics of me that he post. we ain't been married in a year so move on because i have.
