namjoon was sat in the back of the car as jeongguk and hoseok were carrying on a conversation, one of hoseok's hands on the steering wheel, other one holding his boyfriend's. he was envious of the couple, because he wanted a love like that, just someone to love him like that. he wanted someone who'd snuggle into his chest, giggle at the soft cheek kisses, and sneak up behind him & scare him yet make him melt with a back hug.
they arrived at the coffee shop within a small amount of time, and were soon taking their seats. the couple ordered their drinks as joon's focus was looking out the window beside him, fingers boredly tapping against the smooth surface of the table, a small stir of anxiety twisting his stomach; what if taehyung wasn't gonna arrive?
the small ding of the bell that sounded when someone entered the place rings, catching all of the boys's attention.
" holy fuck.. " passes namjoon's lips as the new arrival caught his eyes, making his breathe hitch from the beauty yet also shock, eyes drowning and getting drunk over the new beaut he's seen before ; kim taehyung.
" hey y'all.. " his voice is like honey that drips from those strawberry lips and he takes a seat next to the oldest of them all.
and let's say, their time carried on, and maybe, just maybe, two new hearts started to secretly bloom for each other.

jeongguk & hoseok had already paid and left due to some family business, but taehyung and namjoon were still eating, small parts of chatter falling in ever other moment.
" uhh, taehyung, you got some.. um, crumbs on your face. " joon murmurs before taking his last bite of food.
" where? " the brunette's eyebrows furrow as he let out a huff.
" i'll get it for you. " the older male's hand moves swiftly, slightly cupping the male's left cheek, thumb going and wiping away the few crumbs that were on the boy's lips & chin. taehyung giggles and nuzzles into the touch, and oh fuck; namjoon's heart almost bursted in adoration at that.
" fuck, are you trying to make me fall in love.. " he mutters under his breath a little too loudly, unaware the other heard him.
